  1. Export as an AVI. It's dead-on in that format here, using VP 10.26 beta 32-bit version. It's two frames off in mp4.
  2. Verify that the video driver and Direct-X are current... https://www.nch.com.au/kb/10265.html What are your PC's specs: CPU/GPU/RAM? Test this version and please report results here. Please share your project so others can analyse it. The process is easy, quick and can be done privately. Just follow these steps... Back up --- With your project on the timeline, click on MENU at the top-left. Click FILE|BACK UP PROJECT FILES TO FOLDER. Choose a folder and SELECT FOLDER. Upload --- Use a free server - Google Drive, MS OneDrive, etc.* - to upload the saved, numbered FOLDER. Do NOT upload the individual VPJ or export file. Get link --- Get a public link. If using Google Drive click GET SHAREABLE LINK. If necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with the link can view" Share --- Click COPY LINK | DONE. Paste that link here, or click the folder at the top-right of this forum to message it privately to me. It won't be shared. * Before uploading, right-click the folder, click PROPERTIES. Look at the File Size to confirm that it's not too big for the free space on the server.
  3. The ISQ2 file cannot be read by viewers or Videopad here. The highest overlay track is simply black, so how it displayed for you at all is a mystery. Try to convert the file to a common format.
  4. Share the project, and list specifics on where this issue occurs.
  5. This box is a water cooled I7 (8th gen) with NVidia 1060. Testing a demanding project in Videopad 32-bit version 10.25 (beta) temps never exceeded... After the project was fully cached, GPU temp dropped to 31 degrees. Idle was about 30. This article contains tips that you may find helpful... https://www.tomshardware.com/how-to/how-to-monitor-cpu-temp-temperature VP architecture changed recently, shifting much of the en/decoding load to the GPU. A 64-bit version improves handling of complex and 2K/4K content.
  6. Don't recall other reports of this. What version of Videopad is being used? Try the latest. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info. Share the project, with specifics on where the slip occurs, and someone will check it out. The process is easy, quick and can be done privately. Just follow these steps... 7. Your six-month free upgrade period has likely passed, though Microsoft may handle things differently. If the licensed version works for you, there's no need to upgrade. Newer versions can always be test driven, unlicensed. Your issue may be a hardware conflict with the newer VP architecture. A report has been submitted.
  8. Odd. Works fine here. What about this one?
  9. What are your PC's specs: GPU adapter (video card)/CPU/RAM? Try this version and see if results are better.
  10. Good to hear. The issue has been reported. What you refer to as 10.21 is actually 10.18. Stick with it for awhile. No mandate to update. Test this release. The problem may be fixed.
  11. We'll track this down; your result hints at a hardware conflict. Install VP 10.18 and report back, please. And leave your link hot so the developers can access it.
  12. No hint of the jitter that your export demonstrates. Tested several exports in different formats and resolutions, even 2K. All were totally stable. Try this version. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info.
  13. Precisely what are you seeing? Tested several exports here - AVI and mp4 at 1080 and 720 respectively - and they came off without a hitch, but for a jitter in the organist video - which is from the source. Try this version. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info.
  14. Let's have a look. Sharing is easy, quick and can be done privately. Just follow these steps... Back up --- With your project on the timeline, click on MENU at the top-left. 15. That error can mean that VP is still in memory. Use this free utility to uninstall most traces of Videopad. Instruct it to delete all VP registry entries as well. Then reboot the PC and attempt a VP install.
  16. Possibly - your PC may have an issue. If the operating system is an older 32-bit Windows version , try this Videopad release. The link in your last message doesn't work. What is the error?
  17. Programs are often on sale for much less. Don't know what the terms of your bundle were. At the top-left, does it list ? If so, you have purchased it.
  18. VP works just fine for most users. Here is the 'free' 64-bit version. There will be some limitations of course, and encouragement to purchase, but it doesn't expire. If mp4 export isn't available, try AVI. As for glitching, submit a link to your project here and someone will check it out and work with you to fix issues. Four easy steps are all it takes... Back up --- With your project on the timeline, click on MENU at the top-left. Click FILE|BACK UP PROJECT FILES TO FOLDER. Choose a folder and SELECT FOLDER. 19. Perhaps nothing. A direct upload test was successful here. This may be a YT (temporary) issue. Does the project play well when exported to a video file? If so, try uploading that result with their uploader... https://tinyurl.com/nw9bas34 If you share the project, someone here will test a direct YT upload. The process is easy, quick and can be done privately. Just follow these steps... Back up --- With your project on the timeline, click on MENU at the top-left. 20. Note that the H264 codec, under the mp4 wrapper in a test here, produces a VBR export, even when CBR is specified.
  21. Tested a number of mp4s here and they all showed up in PV. Take a minute to share a file or two that does this and someone here will check it out. Just upload the file/s to a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, get a shared (public) link, copy the link and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum. Using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view."
  22. La vista previa del clip y la secuencia son independientes.
  23. The next time this occurs, share the project. The developers then may be able to analyse the issue.
  24. Good tip. But you have tacked on to a two-year old thread. If issues arise, begin a new one with a descriptive subject.
  25. May well be a PC issue. You have tried many things and no one has been able to replicate your results on this very simple editing task. Try another PC, if available. One approach would be to edit - say - ten minutes of video. Export. Edit another ten or so. Export with a different # or name When all has been exported, import each export back into a fresh Videopad window. Merge the parts and export the final.
