  1. There are numerous fade options in recent releases. Set your video fade. Right-click the audio track and click Fade Out. Click the From End of the Clip button, then set the same duration as video. The timeline waveform line should confirm that the lengths are the same. If A/V don't correspond, try reinserting the clip on the timeline, then applying the fades. Or use another of the right-click audio menu options.
  2. There should be no need for an address. Just click UPLOAD | FILE. When done, right-click it, click SHARE and then COPY. Paste the copied link here.. Stills won't help - we need to see the file that won't load. But images can be linked here, using the same process. Pics won't display until the link is clicked, and invokes a viewer like VLC. Do test your load with the latest version. But bear in mind that it will likely be unlicensed and have some limitations. Retain the 8.97 installer and registration, if any.
  3. Following up on Nat's observations, are you dealing with VOB files from a DVD that were then converted to mp4? How was that done? What version of Videopad is being used? Test the latest. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info. If problems persist, please upload the mp4 to a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, get a shared (public) link, copy the link and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum. Using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view." Be sure that the file size doesn't exceed your server allocation.
  4. Fixed in this version. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info.
  6. Use the SCALE effect to slightly enlarge the video. Next time you need the deshaker, click the Advanced button. On the screen that appears, under Pass 2, choose the type of edge compensation desired.
  7. At normal playback volume, the 15 result is barely audible. As is, the low-gain source files strike me as being at a reasonable BG level. Perhaps your sound system is cranked up to compensate, leading you astray. VP volume can be lowered by moving the slider at the left of the audio track. Tested an export using version 8.45. The 15% setting still had a pop at about :55 - and likely others. Export was much quicker with v10x.
  8. Your project shows all clip audio levels set at 15, barely audible. Amplify to 150 instead, which is about right. No pops.
  9. No definitive info. But Intel I5-I9 + a mid/high-end NVidia card should play well with VP 64-bit.
  10. Please make your link public, so a sign in or linked account is not required to access the files. What is the format of the crossfaded files?
  11. Did you install the version linked above? Yes, exported a project containing numerous crossfades and there was no hint of a pop. Share your project (not the export) per the above instructions and we'll check it out.
  12. There's little more you can do, considering that an upload isn't feasible. Suggest, as before, that you eliminate all denoise effects and then export. That should be smooth and go relatively quickly. Sorry, but what you want doesn't seem practical - if even possible. A few denoised clips, yes. The entire project, no.
  13. Not hearing clicks here, using this version. Give it a test. If clicks persist... Share your project. Someone will take a look and come up with a fix. The process is easy, quick and can be done privately. Just follow these steps... Back up --- With your project on the timeline, click on MENU at the top-left. Click FILE|BACK UP PROJECT FILES TO FOLDER. Choose a folder and SELECT FOLDER. Upload --- Use a free server - Google Drive, MS OneDrive, etc.* - to upload the saved, numbered FOLDER. Do NOT upload the individual VPJ or export file. Get link --- Get a public link. If using Google Drive click GET SHAREABLE LINK. If necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with the link can view" Share --- Click COPY LINK | DONE. Paste that link here, or click the folder at the top-right of this forum to message it privately to me. It won't be shared. * Before uploading, right-click the folder, click PROPERTIES. Look at the File Size to confirm that it's not too big for the free space on the server.
  14. What are your PC's specs: CPU/GPU/free space on C:\? A reverse test here slowed export during the clip but the result had no freeze. Upload that file please, so someone can check it out. Use a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, get a shared (public) link, copy the link and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum. Using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view." In the interim, click the + sign to the right of the Sequence 1 tab, to create a new blank Sequence 2. Drop the non-reversed clip from the BIN into that sequence. Reverse it. Export the sequence. Now return to Sequence 1. Right-click the original reversed clip and choose REPLACE CLIP from the drop-down menu. Windows Explorer (the file manager) will open. Locate the clip that you just saved and double-click on it. Now you should find that export goes much faster, without a hitch. At every step, Save Project File AS routinely, giving it a unique # or name, so as not to overwrite prior saves. Using Save Project Files (no AS) will overwrite. From the HOME tab, that choice is available by clicking the chevron to the right of the Save Project button on the toolbar.
  15. Has that clip been reversed? Upgrade to the current version and see if that solves the issue. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info.

Sorry, but this really isn't a Videopad issue, and it appears that the project has had little activity since '16. This may help.
  17. Let's have a look. Upload some files. Install the version linked above.
  18. You are importing the DVD's VOB files? Or did you simply use the DVD for storage? What are the file types? What VP version is in use? Upgrade to the latest and see if there's improvement. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info. If you can spot files that fail consistently, upload a few for analysis. Use a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, get a shared (public) link, copy the link and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum. Using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view."

Not a virus, and not a VP plug in. https://sourceforge.net/projects/avisynth2/
  20. 1.31GB isn't large, but via slow WiFi at mobile data rates certainly could be costly. If the project plays smoothly in VP 64-bit, without noise reduction, then you have discovered the bottleneck. If contents are not cached, playback can be jumpy. At the rate that the denoise module caches, applying it to an entire project is nearly prohibitive. Don't know the length of your project, but to give you an idea ... applying NR at default settings to a :55 clip here took over fifteen minutes. And if you change settings or edit the clip the process will begin anew. You may just have to do without that enhancement. No matter how you treat this, Save Project AS regularly for protection. Give each save a unique # or name.
  21. Uploading your project isn't difficult, especially if you already have a Google or Microsoft account. Just follow these four steps carefully. Before you upload the Back-Up folder that you saved by clicking FILE | BACK UP PROJECT FILES TO FOLDER, right-click on that folder and click PROPERTIES. Confirm that the file size is not larger than your allocation on the server, or the upload will fail. Again, remove the denoise effect from your project before backing up. Then specify here where you intended to use it. Which clips? Or was it for the entire project?
  22. Much has changed since the 2019 thread you referenced. Test the 64-bit version. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info.
  23. You have just about exhausted the options, and may have to stick with your earlier version. It's usually best to export with the version (or a close cousin) that was used to edit the project as full backwards compatibility cannot be guaranteed. Many changes have been made since 8.x Doubt that it will help but you can try this... Close Videopad. Using Windows Explorer (the file manager) delete all files in these folders. Then, reinstall Videopad. "C:\Users\<PC name>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Components" "C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components" (or similar path without the X86) The files that you deleted will be reinstalled automatically. Another approach is to test on a different PC. If you don't have one on hand, perhaps a friend will be willing to share theirs?
  24. Copy the composed script, then try to paste it into Videopad's text editor. Here a Hebrew translation was tested...
  25. Your link offered 72 files. However, 35 were missing from what the project expected, leaving large timeline gaps. What there was had no audio processing issue. But to fully analyze this, please upload the remaining files. They are listed in the attached zipfile. If you are not using the 64-bit VP version, install it. 40GB of content is a tough haul. Consider breaking the project into segments, exporting each (they will become clips), then merging them for final export. Missing_files.zip
