  1. Here, either text or 360 video can be manipulated in the preview window. Use the Place in 360 effect to set individual clips without affecting others.
  2. First of all, update to this release. If it doesn't solve the sync issue, come back here for further help. Nothing should be lost, as your work was saved. The original should now load correctly. Save Project File AS routinely, giving it a unique # or name, so as not to overwrite prior saves. Using Save Project Files (no AS) will overwrite. From the HOME tab, that choice is available by clicking the caret to the right of the Save Project button on the toolbar.
  3. If VP has been installed on a new SSD C:\ drive and is registered there shouldn't be a need to take further action.
  4. When pasting here the outline and shadow do not change. The font, its size and color track the parameters copied from .doc file. i.e.: If the text box is initially set to size 16 with black Segue font, it becomes size 8 white Comic Sans font - as composed in, and pasted from the .doc file. So, try creating your .doc files with the desired font, color and size, then copying and pasting, to see if that makes things easier.
  5. Just install it. The default location is fixed - C:\ drive. Registering may not be necessary, but if it is click the Menu at the top left to access the dialog.
  6. An example... Untitled.mp4 A click on the left green button will apply the effect to both selected clips. While the text window size is fixed, the preview window can be undocked and enlarged while composing... File suggestions... https://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html?software=VideoPad
  7. <Alt-Del key> should create a gap. Right-click in the gap and CLOSE GAP. Effects can be applied to all selected clips. Use the Replace Effect Chain or Append Effect Chain buttons... Some effects are applied to all selected clips without the use of these buttons. Clips and tracks can be grouped, so they all respond in sync. Select, then right-click on one of the selected clips and Group Selected Clips.
  8. Good thoughts, which have been passed along. Pressing the DEL key will ripple. Several of your suggestions are covered by the closely associated Wavepad program. Mixpad expands multi-track capabilities. In many cases, a right-click an audio clip offers an Edit In Wavepad option. When done, Apply, then close WP with the X at the top-right. The altered clip will be added to the VP timeline. Remove the old clip, slide the new into its place. Explain more fully the function of "per channel audio and video effects."
  9. Using 8.91, speed change -slow and fast - was tested and succeeded on several files. There have been no other reports of it failing, to my recollection. That version is dated, but you shouldn't have to pay for any release that falls within the six-month grace period since your purchase. Download here. Ignore any virus warnings. A bug in your version, which doesn't appear to be the case here, may have been fixed within that period. Newer versions can also be test driven for a trial period, even if not licensed. There's a limited feature free version available here.
  10. Here, a test confirms that the current 64-bit release is asking to resolve missing files as always. Look at the bottom-left corner of the window and report the version # there. Do a test... Start a new project with a few videos. Save it. Close Videopad. Then rename one of the files that was used in the project. Restart Videopad and load the project by double-clicking its VPJ file. You should see the RESOLVE prompt for the renamed file.
  11. Si quieres una imagen de fondo durante una transición, colócala en una pista inferior... El resultado... Untitled.mp4
  12. Yes, video editing is resource intensive. Thanks for reporting back.
  13. Clip length affects the speed: longer = slower. A speed change can be applied, but results may not be optimal. Here's 30" of video with 30"of text, composed with blank lines between each entry... Untitled.mp4
  14. Work with the NCH, but not for it - just a user, like yourself.^_^ Their techs have more extensive technologies on hand. Can't replicate your findings here, but if the test export linked in the PM jitters at your end, then something 'local' must be the cause. You can always test drive the latest release - fully featured for a short time as a trial - even if you haven't purchased. Here's the Mac beta - possibly free with some feature limitations.
  15. Both the original 10775 and the test export files look to be in sync here in viewers and in Videopad 16.09 (64) on Windows. Sorry, don't have a Mac. The original and my export were also loaded into VP on separate tracks. Waveforms matched perfectly. Click the envelope at the top-right of this forum and open your Personal Message. Click the link to download my 4K mp4 export, which also seems dead on. If it isn't when played there, that points to an issue with the Mac or the VP Mac software. To eliminate the Mac, play both exports on another computer, if one is available. You might put it to company support, referencing this thread.
  16. Vielleicht hilft hier etwas... https://www.nchsoftware.com/videopad/de/index.html
  17. You are missing clicking the header, where it reads "Pan & Zoom." That will reactivate the setting square in the preview window.
  18. Exported to mp4 - 14.8GB - 18 hours 4 minutes at low res (owing to time constraints) and there was audio throughout. A project of that length is asking quite a bit from a home-focused NLE. It might be best to break up your end presentation, if that's feasible.
  19. Let's see what you have. Share the project. Someone will analyze it and perhaps come up with a solution or recommendation. The process is easy, quick and can be done privately. Just follow these steps closely... Back up --- With your project on the timeline, click on MENU at the top-left. Click FILE|BACK UP PROJECT FILES TO FOLDER. Choose a folder and SELECT FOLDER. Upload --- Use a free server - Google Drive, MS OneDrive, etc.* - to upload the saved, numbered FOLDER. Do NOT upload the individual VPJ or export file. Get link --- Get a public link. Right-click the file and click SHARE. When using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with the link can view" Share --- Click COPY LINK | DONE. Paste that link here, or click the folder at the top-right of this forum to message it privately to me. It won't be shared. * Before uploading, right-click the folder, click PROPERTIES. Look at the File Size to confirm that it's not too big for the free space on the server.
  20. The VPJ file is not the project, but will be included when following the four steps described above. However, if it was created when only your attached video was on the timeline, then it should be a good test. If not, you may have to provide a brief segment, one that also lacks audio, as huge projects are too much to upload. The 7:35 file was duplicated to 18 hours in version 16.09 (64), saved, launched, then a segment late in the timeline was exported. Audio was normal. Perhaps the program is out of memory?? Prior to loading, go to OPTIONS | DISK tab and Clear Unused Cache Files. What are your PC's specs: CPU/GPU/RAM/available DISK SPACE? Because there are so many clips, the timeline won't display the waveform until the slider is moved to the right.
  21. Weird indeed. Your pics show that a clip has not completed processing. Let it do that. Also, if this is a lengthy project, try breaking it up into exported segments, to be assembled later into the final export. What version of Videopad is being used? Try this one. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee is required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info. If there's an issue, you can always revert. If no go, make the effort to share a small portion of the project that demonstrates the issue. The process is easy, quick and can be done privately. Just follow these steps... 22. A somewhat more recent release within your six-month grace period after purchase may be worth trying. Check here, and ignore any virus warnings. You might also test the current version. As a limited time trial, it will cost you nothing. Just retain the old installer, to revert. What type of video files are being used? Take the time to share the project, as instructed above, and someone will find a solution. This can be done privately.
  23. Specifically, what certain dimensions? Let's see the image in question... Upload the file/s to a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, right-click the link and Share. Copy the result and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum. When using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view.
  24. Tested three HD snaps of varying formats here and they came out fine. Install this VP 64-bit version and see if it makes a difference.
  25. The REVO uninstaller method is more extensive than the standard Windows uninstall. Yet another route you might pursue. Close Videopad. Using Windows Explorer (the file manager), delete all files in these folders. Then reinstall VP. "C:\Users\<PC Name>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Components" "C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components" (or the path without the x86) The best way to track this down is to share the project, so someone can analyze it. Please follow the steps below and we'll check it out.
