    Hello, If you open the program at the bottom, you have the ¨Output Folder¨ which is the place where the songs will be sent after they are ripped. There is a ¨Browse¨ button to the right, if you click on it you can choose any location on your hard drive and even a flash drive (memory stick) to save the ripped songs. Good luck!
  4. Hello, When some of my shortcuts stop working, I press Control+C I then try the shortcut again and it starts working. If this does not work for you, I would suggest you create a back up of your shortcuts, you can do this by going to ¨File¨ and selecting ¨Backup Data¨, then you should reinstall the program if you need to restore your back up just go to ¨File¨ again and select ¨Restore Backup¨ then select the folder of the backup file and test the shortcuts. If this does not work I would suggest you reach out to NCH Technical support and see if the can help! Hello, When you are at the page where you can add those restoration options, there is a button to ¨UNDO¨, this can only be done while you are on that page, if you apply the effects and click next and export the recording or save it to keep working on it you will not be able to restore to original you will need to start recording again.   6. Hello, Unfortunately, the only thing you can print out from the program are the reports, check them out and see if anything you see there would work for you but the reports you see there are the only things that can be print out of the program. Good luck!
  7. Hello, Does this happen only with those type of files, if you try changing the output format does the same thing happen? I would suggest you reinstall the program again to see if the improves anything, if it does not I would recommend you create a ticket for NCH Tech support and see if they provide you more information.   8. Hello, There is a batch option you can use in the program, is located under the ¨Home¨ Tab on the toolbar, you just need to follow the steps to apply effects or other commands in batches. Good luck!
  9. Hello, Unfortunately, the program does not support muting of a specific staff and there is no work around that I know of for this. You can send a suggestion about this to NCH developers using the link below: http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/ Regarding the delays, it could be what you say but how many staffs do you have on your project? You can try reinstalling the program and see if that improves. Or you can send a technical support request to NCH technical support department and see if they can assist. Good Luck!
  10. Hello, Honestly, I cannot confirm this can be done as I have not tested but there is a trial version of the program which you can use to test and see if it does what you need. Hello, It would seem logical that it would add the new information under the same customer, if not the program will find a conflict because of the repeated name, now I have not tried this so it would be best for you to try which you can do with the free version to test if it works then great if not I will suggest you contact NCH Technical Support to see if they have a better idea of what is going on.   12. Hello, If you need to add a new account or make changes to one, go to ¨Chart of Accounts¨ from there you will have a ¨New¨ icon on the toolbar and an ¨Edit¨ icon as well. With the ¨New¨ you can add a new account and with the ¨Edit¨ you can edit any accounts you see on the list. If this is not what you are referring to please provide more information about what you are trying to do.   13. Hello, The program does have the option for you to burn to a DVD, all you need to do is go to ¨Export¨ and from the options choose the ¨DVD movie disc¨ then select the burning settings and you should be able to burn the slideshow into a DVD. Good luck!

  15. Hola, Para elegir el archivo de salida, revise la parte inferior izquierda del programa, ahi deberia encontrar la opcion para escoger el formato de salida. Please provide more information about what the issue is. If you did purchase a license and you are being asked to register over and over again I would suggest you create a support ticket for NCH Technical support for them to assist you properly.   21. Hello, Please open the program, load the file you are going to work with, then please click on the ¨Tools¨ tab at the top of the program window. Then please click on the ¨Tools¨ icon on the toolbar and from the options displayed please select ¨Embroidery¨ , now to the right of your screen you should have the ¨Effects and Layers¨ menu under ¨Embroidery¨ you will see the options ¨Colors¨ and ¨Stitches¨ here you can change the amount of colors and stitches you will be using on the file. Hello guys, The program should be able to convert those files at least the paid version should, now if the resulting files have issues I would suggest you try reinstalling the program and see if that helps. Hello, Actually, there is no way to change this on the resulting invoice, when you reorder the columns as you already noticed it is only done on the ¨Create new Invoice¨ page after you click on ¨Record and preview¨ or any of the other options the columns will go back to normal.
