  1. There's little more you can do, considering that an upload isn't feasible. Suggest, as before, that you eliminate all denoise effects and then export. That should be smooth and go relatively quickly. Sorry, but what you want doesn't seem practical - if even possible. A few denoised clips, yes. The entire project, no.
  2. Not hearing clicks here, using this version. Give it a test. If clicks persist... Share your project. Someone will take a look and come up with a fix. The process is easy, quick and can be done privately. Just follow these steps... Back up --- With your project on the timeline, click on MENU at the top-left. Click FILE|BACK UP PROJECT FILES TO FOLDER. Choose a folder and SELECT FOLDER. Upload --- Use a free server - Google Drive, MS OneDrive, etc.* - to upload the saved, numbered FOLDER. Do NOT upload the individual VPJ or export file. Get link --- Get a public link. If using Google Drive click GET SHAREABLE LINK. If necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with the link can view" Share --- Click COPY LINK | DONE. Paste that link here, or click the folder at the top-right of this forum to message it privately to me. It won't be shared. * Before uploading, right-click the folder, click PROPERTIES. Look at the File Size to confirm that it's not too big for the free space on the server.
  3. What are your PC's specs: CPU/GPU/free space on C:\? A reverse test here slowed export during the clip but the result had no freeze. Upload that file please, so someone can check it out. Use a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, get a shared (public) link, copy the link and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum. Using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view." In the interim, click the + sign to the right of the Sequence 1 tab, to create a new blank Sequence 2. Drop the non-reversed clip from the BIN into that sequence. Reverse it. Export the sequence. Now return to Sequence 1. Right-click the original reversed clip and choose REPLACE CLIP from the drop-down menu. Windows Explorer (the file manager) will open. Locate the clip that you just saved and double-click on it. Now you should find that export goes much faster, without a hitch. At every step, Save Project File AS routinely, giving it a unique # or name, so as not to overwrite prior saves. Using Save Project Files (no AS) will overwrite. From the HOME tab, that choice is available by clicking the chevron to the right of the Save Project button on the toolbar.
  4. Has that clip been reversed? Upgrade to the current version and see if that solves the issue. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info.

Sorry, but this really isn't a Videopad issue, and it appears that the project has had little activity since '16. This may help.
  6. Let's have a look. Upload some files. Install the version linked above.
  7. You are importing the DVD's VOB files? Or did you simply use the DVD for storage? What are the file types? What VP version is in use? Upgrade to the latest and see if there's improvement. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info. If you can spot files that fail consistently, upload a few for analysis. Use a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, get a shared (public) link, copy the link and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum. Using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view."

Not a virus, and not a VP plug in. https://sourceforge.net/projects/avisynth2/
  9. 1.31GB isn't large, but via slow WiFi at mobile data rates certainly could be costly. If the project plays smoothly in VP 64-bit, without noise reduction, then you have discovered the bottleneck. If contents are not cached, playback can be jumpy. At the rate that the denoise module caches, applying it to an entire project is nearly prohibitive. Don't know the length of your project, but to give you an idea ... applying NR at default settings to a :55 clip here took over fifteen minutes. And if you change settings or edit the clip the process will begin anew. You may just have to do without that enhancement. No matter how you treat this, Save Project AS regularly for protection. Give each save a unique # or name.
  10. Uploading your project isn't difficult, especially if you already have a Google or Microsoft account. Just follow these four steps carefully. Before you upload the Back-Up folder that you saved by clicking FILE | BACK UP PROJECT FILES TO FOLDER, right-click on that folder and click PROPERTIES. Confirm that the file size is not larger than your allocation on the server, or the upload will fail. Again, remove the denoise effect from your project before backing up. Then specify here where you intended to use it. Which clips? Or was it for the entire project?
  11. Much has changed since the 2019 thread you referenced. Test the 64-bit version. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info.
  12. You have just about exhausted the options, and may have to stick with your earlier version. It's usually best to export with the version (or a close cousin) that was used to edit the project as full backwards compatibility cannot be guaranteed. Many changes have been made since 8.x Doubt that it will help but you can try this... Close Videopad. Using Windows Explorer (the file manager) delete all files in these folders. Then, reinstall Videopad. "C:\Users\<PC name>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Components" "C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components" (or similar path without the X86) The files that you deleted will be reinstalled automatically. Another approach is to test on a different PC. If you don't have one on hand, perhaps a friend will be willing to share theirs?
  13. Copy the composed script, then try to paste it into Videopad's text editor. Here a Hebrew translation was tested...
  14. Your link offered 72 files. However, 35 were missing from what the project expected, leaving large timeline gaps. What there was had no audio processing issue. But to fully analyze this, please upload the remaining files. They are listed in the attached zipfile. If you are not using the 64-bit VP version, install it. 40GB of content is a tough haul. Consider breaking the project into segments, exporting each (they will become clips), then merging them for final export. Missing_files.zip
  15. Really can't say. But directing cache to a drive with more free space, or freeing up space on C:\ won't hurt. As with your earlier 'brand new project', load VP with no clips. Under OPTIONS | DISK tab, Clear Unused Cache Files. Now load a a single clip and apply Color Curves. If VP crashes, then storage isn't likely the cause. Yet it may be system-specific, as no other reports of this have been seen. Go to the OPTIONS | EDITING tab and toggle off "use hardware acceleration." The crash hints at video issues. Your PC's specs should be sufficient.
  16. The same red tint in 8.63 and the current version displayed no difference to my eye. Shake has changed. Whether it's for the better is subjective. Send feedback... https://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html?software=VideoPad&version=10.21
  17. Both effects perform well in the latest version. Shake has many adjustment options. Color curves has never crashed in tests here. One item noted in your PC specs: 11GB of storage may not be sufficient for some projects. Cache can be directed to a drive that has more free space. OPTIONS | DISK tab. Here's the latest 64-bit version.
  18. Both the free and the trial versions have limitations, and they may prompt to license. Here's the latest 64-bit free release. It doesn't expire, but some features won't be available.
  19. On further reflection, this process seems to be working as intended. Though it takes a few steps, it's easy. Here's a two-channel MKV example... 1. Import the file to the bin but don't place it on the timeline 2. Right-click on it and COPY 3. Right-click an open area in the bin and PASTE (Clip) 4. Right-click the original file and SELECT AUDIO STREAM 1 5. Right-click the copied file and SELECT AUDIO STREAM 2 6. Place the original on the timeline 7. Overlay the copy on the timeline, just below the original 8. Either Hide the extra video track or right-click on the track, UNlink from audio and then delete the video.
  20. And that Pascale project you provided earlier - what there was of it without the 19 missing files - also loaded correctly. No problem with audio. What are your PC's specs: CPU/GPU adapter/free space on the C:\ drive? Video editing is resource intensive.
  21. There is something odd about several of your MPG files. Media Info reports that the one linked above is 26:46. However, when the source file is moused-over in Windows it's shown to be 12 hours and 44 minutes long. That may be an irrelevant reporting error?? Nonetheless, it loads in VP and immediately plays audio in the normal manner. Why that's not the case for you is a mystery. Then there was the earlier SkyDiving video that is corrupt. Hopefully, you downloaded the repaired file linked earlier. On the off-chance that there has been VP file corruption, please try this... Asking any editor to load 35GB of content is not practical, IMO. One thought on how this might be handled is to load only a few files at a time, complete editing and then export. They become a composited clip - no individual edits. Later, when this has been done for all clips, bring them into VP and merge them together for the final export
  22. Subs relate to the timeline, not to the clips. Best thing is to add them as a last step. Or use text overlays instead. The stay put, and can be dragged.
  23. An excellent method. And if you want a gentle slope in amplification, graph it something like this...
  24. Removing the denoise effect should allow for smooth preview, and perhaps a quicker back up and upload so we can analyse the project. Just specify here where you intended the denoise effect to be applied.
  25. Split at the IN point, where amplification is to begin (20:25) Split at the OUT point where it's to end (24:48) Click the FX button on the audio clip within the newly split-out clip Choose AMPLIFY Make your settings amplify.mp4
