  1. What is the old version you are referring to? I tested versions from 2013 and did not find the record window you mentioned. Here is the link to find old versions of the program http://www.oldversiondownload.com/
  2. You may test the latest version of the program v7.04 and confirm if the issue persist, you can download it from this link: http://www.oldversiondownload.com/oldversions/expressinvoice-7-04-2019-03-18.exe In case you still have issues, I would recommend you to submit a support ticket https://www.nch.com.au/support/ so the NCH technicians can take a look and find a solution for you.
  3. Please be informed that is the way the program works. When you are selling items, if you type the first letter of the item code, it will not display the list of items that begin with that letter. NCH Software formally takes suggestions or feedback about our products through the form at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/
  4. How old is the project you are referring to? You may try to install the version that was used to create the project and confirm if the issue persists. Click the following link to find the list of old versions http://www.oldversiondownload.com/ (this list includes all the programs NCH develops, so you need to do a search to find the correct version). You need to be aware that the project file does not save the pictures you have used to create the project, it just saves their path, so if the the files were deleted, moved to a different location or renamed, the program will not find them.
  5. In attempt to fix this issue, you may try the steps below: Uninstall Debut, then delete 3 folders named "Debut" and 1 named "Components" from these locations: **C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Debut\ **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Debut\ **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components **C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\Debut\ **If you can't find any of the folders, just continue. After that, restart your computer and reinstall (you may need to install the version that corresponds to the license you purchased) Once done, restart your system one more time.
  6. Unfortunately, the program does not offer the option to use more that two audio channels. NCH Software formally takes suggestions or feedback about products through the form at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/
  7. What version of Photostage did you have before the upgrade? You may try to install your old version and confirm if it works for you. Here you can find the list of old versions http://www.oldversiondownload.com/ (you may need to find the one that corresponds to your current license).
  8. You may want to know that using Inventoria as the server program, you can update Inventoria's inventory levels from other programs like Express Invoice. That is the only thing you can sync, inventory levels. It will not sync invoices.
  9. In this case, you may try to reinstall the program and confirm if the issue persists. Before reinstalling the program, I recommend you to create a backup data file to avoid losing your information during the process. If you still have issues, you may need to submit a support ticket https://www.nch.com.au/support/
  10. Unfortunately, the program does not offer the option to modify reports as you have mentioned. Here is the list of reports you can run in Inventoria: http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/inventoria/win/reportsweb.html NCH Software formally takes suggestions or feedback about our products through the form at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/
  11. If you find your accounts are not balancing, try recalculating the balances in Express Accounts to see if it helps. To do this, click the Transactions menu option in the main window and select Recalculate Customers' Balances. Express Accounts will run a recalculation automatically.

    Receive Goods

Unfortunately, I cannot answer to that question since I have not developed the program, it is just the way bill of materials works, it will not reduce the quantities. NCH Software formally takes suggestions or feedback about our products through the form at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/ Yes, it will reduce stock of item D. Remember that item D is like a "box", it will contain items A, B and C but the program will not see whats inside the box, it will only see the box, in this case item D.
  13. If you want to add a new staff, you just need to click Parts Setup under the Score menu and then, click the Staff icon. In case you still have issues, you may try to reinstall the program using this link: https://www.nch.com.au/components/crescendosetup.exe

    Receive Goods

1-Could you please elaborate? Unfortunately, I'm not sure what you are referring to 2-When you use the Bill of Materials option, it will create a brand new item. You need to be aware that it will not take items from your stock to create it. Example: you have item A, item B and item C. In stock you have -item A: 10 items -item B: 15 items -item C 12 items Then, you use the bill of materials option to create a new item (lets name it item D) including: 2 of item A, 1 of item B and 3 of item C. If you sell item D, it will not reduce items from A, B nor C; the stock level will stay the same: -item A: 10 items -item B: 15 items -item C 12 items. This is because the programs considers item D as a brand new item which is not related to other items.
  15. I can recommend you to check the following: Make sure the tracks are not muted. Try to play back the files using a different media player to confirm they work. Try to load a file recorded using a different source or different format to see if the issue may be related to those particular files. In case you still have issues, you may reinstall the program using this link: https://www.nch.com.au/mixpad/mpsetup.exe

After that, restart your computer and reinstall the program using this link: https://www.nchsoftware.com/capture/debutpsetup.exe Once done, restart your system one more time. You may need to register the program again: To register: 1- Open the program. 2- From the top left corner, click the "File" menu. 3- From the dropdown menu select "Register software..." 4- Enter your registration code (numbers-letters) and click on Register. 5-If successful, you'll see the "Licensed Software" status at the very top of the window, next to the program's name. 20. The program does not offer an option to do what you have described. In this case, as a workaround, if you want to keep records of returned items, you may create a credit note. For additional information about the program, you may want to check out the online help manual: http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/expressaccounts/win/index.html

You may want to know that the recording level needs to be adjusted from the application you are playing the audio not from SoundTap
  22. In this case, what I would do is select the region you want to colorize using a selection tool > use the color removal tool > and select the color you want to remove using the color picker tool > and after that, use the colorize tool
  23. You need to be aware that the program downloads the Album details from FreeDB server which is a third party company, so NCH Software does not manage that information, so it it not possible to guarantee all the downloaded information is correct.
  24. Does it occur with all the shortcuts you have added or just this one? You may double click on the shortcuts and delete the t if they include that letter. If the issue persists, you can try to reinstall the program
  25. Just to make sure you have registered the program correctly: To register: 1- Open the program. 2- From the top left corner, click the "File" menu. 3- From the dropdown menu select "Register software..." 4- Enter your registration code (numbers-letters) and click on Register. 5-If successful, you'll see the "Licensed Software" status at the very top of the window, next to the program's name.
