  1. Hello, That message is normal when creating the slideshow. It may depend on the amount of image, video or audio files you are using to create it. You can confirm that by creating a slideshow with a few amount of pictures, it should not happen. Have you tried to export the slideshow? After exporting it, your slideshow should look normal.   4. Hello, Yes, you should be able to backup to a USB stick. To back up data, click the Tools menu and select Back Up Data. Select a method for backup depending on how you would like to access the data later on. You do not need internet connection to open or view your transactions in Money. You would only need internet access if you want to use the web access feature: MoneyLine can be used to retrieve transaction and balance data from your financial institution if they support OFX connections. Contact your bank and ask if they allow connections to their OFX server, or if you are only allowed to download OFX files through their website. If downloading through their site is your only option, you can import transactions from the File menu by selecting Import from OFX/QFX File. If you are able to connect to their OFX server, you will need to gather the following information: Financial Institution: Select the name of the financial institution with which the account should be associated. Alternatively, new financial institution information may be entered by using the Add Routing Number: Enter the routing number (or sort code, transit number, or BSB number) for your financial institution. Account Number: Enter the account number issued by the financial institution holding the account. User ID: Enter the user ID issued by the financial institution for accessing the account.   5. Hello, As a workaround, you can try to minimize the Voxal window while recording with the other program or go to Windows Services and stop the service for Voxal before starting to record to see if it makes any difference. You can also try to reinstall Voxal. Regards.

The sound capture can be done using the built-in computer microphone, if your system has one or with a desktop microphone.   7. Hello, Unfortunately, Zulu has not the option to remove background music/noise. Instead, you may want to try installing WavePad which is a sound editor program. It lets you record and edit voice and other audio recordings. You can cut, copy and paste parts of recording and, if required, add effects like echo, amplification and noise reduction. You can install the trial version using this link: http://www.nch.com.au/components/wpsetup.exe You need to be aware that in WavePad you can remove frequencies but not specific sounds. The web interface, or the web access feature, can be accessed online from any location, including any computer or mobile device with internet access. Using this feature is helpful for business that need to give multiple users access to the same data, or for businesses that need to update accounts and inventory, or invoice while on the road. You need to keep in mind that each person who has access to Express Accounts can be given a different level of User Privileges. The levels are: Administrator - has access to all businesses, can manage passwords for all users, can create and edit account and inventory data through the web interface, and can view reports. User - has access only to assigned businesses, can create and edit account and inventory data, and can view reports.   12. Hello, When exporting from PDF to PNG, the max output resolution is 300dpi. Unfortunately, there is not way to increase that. If you use a different output format such as .jpeg you should be able to increase the output resolution up to 1200. Regards.

    Hello, You would need to have it visible while recording from screen. If you have a second monitor, you can use the "Draw a selection area" option to record just one monitor and continue working on the other screen. Click the Draw selection area button, which is the first button to the left in the panel, to draw a new screen selection using the mouse. While holding down the left mouse button, move the mouse and draw a rectangle to capture on the desktop. Click the "Select" button to lock in your selection and return to the main interface to start capturing. Regards.
  14. Hi, I recommend you to check different capture options, for example some video capture devices are detected as a Webcam. You will be able to see it under Webcam menu. You may also try to connect your capture device to a different USB port to see if it makes any difference.   21. Hi, RecordPad does not have any trims silence option. By any chance, are you talking about WavePad or SoundTap?
  22. Hi, from the print preview you should be able to increase the amount of copies you want to print. It is not possible to select a printer as the default for this program.
  23. Hi, as soon as you stop the recording you will see the file in the following folder C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Music\Golden there is no temp file or at least this cannot be accessed during the recording. If the issue occurs on old recording I will suggest you to reinstall the software
  24. Hi, Follow the steps below, 1. From WavePad, select the Options menu > Audio tab > "Audio working folder" section, check mark the "Use this specified folder" box and copy the folder path. C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\WavePad. 2. Paste the path on your windows folder explorer, this will open the Cache content files. 3. Delete all files within this folder. 4. Close WavePad and re open it again. 5. Re load the file and let us know the outcome.
