  1. Could you explain how you load the file onto the program? Do you receive it by email, FTP, Express Delegate? Are you using Windows or Mac? What is the format of those files? You may try to drag the audio file from Windows File Explorer and drop it onto Express Scribe to see if it makes a difference.
  2. Could you elaborate? Please explain in detail what you are trying to do. If you want to view the amount due by a particular customer, you may need to run a customer statement.

The program itself does not have a file size limit and the file size will not change if you purchase the software. Size will vary depending on format and encoding settings you use to record. Usually you can attached files up to 25MB to be sent by email, but that it determined by your service provider, it has nothing to do with Debut.
  13. No, the program does not include any option to add srt files. You may need to include the subtitle file using a different software like VideoPad: http://nch.invisionzone.com/topic/20560-adding-subtitles-to-a-dvd/

There is not a particular limit (the limit may be related to your computer specs), you should be able to convert or compress thousands of photos at a time with batch conversion. If you test it with just a few files, do you get the same problem? You may try batch convert using a different format and confirm if the issue persists.

You can try to reinstall the program https://www.nchsoftware.com/capture/debutpsetup.exe

You may want to check out the list of dictation machines supported by the program https://www.altoedge.com/dictation/machines.html Other dictation machines may work with the program, however, it is not possible to determine if they are compatible or not since they have not been tested by NCH Software.
