Describe how the mouth was created. Try the latest version; yours is very dated. After a trial period, some features will be disabled unless you purchase and register.
  2. If feasible upload an example and link it here. Let's take a look.

  5. No need. Just retain the installer file. If you do not have it on hand it can usually be found in this path on the PC... "C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\VideoPad" Keep in mind that for licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest.
  6. Echoing Nat's suggestions, your best bet might be to use a viewer for this function. MPC-HC, for one, has a "loop forever" option. You could also copy a clip any # of times in Windows, then load all the copies into VP and export. Or COPY|PASTE CLIP in the VP bin and drop them all onto the timeline. Not endless, but lengthy.
Typewriter_colored_bg.mp4
  8. It will delete the program's files, not the saved project files or the (captured) source files. BUT, for safety's sake, back them up to an independent drive or USB.
  9. Your project contains two sequences. #1 has a single file with audio that states "this is ridiculous." Sequence 2 contains your 'need help' demo plus a file that has music. In VP version 7.11 all audio plays fine in preview. Suggest you remove all traces of VP with this tool. Then install the latest version.
  10. Place the completed project on the timeline. Click FILE|SAVE AS PORTABLE PROJECT. The resulting folder will contain all your source files plus the vpj file. Upload the result to the server and link it here. Then someone can open the project just as you see it there.
  11. When you save as a PORTABLE PROJECT all the files should be included in the result, including source files. Your link above contains only the vpj control file. Try again.
  12. Glad it worked out. When starting a new project or even when over-installing a newer version it's wise to Clear Unused Cache Files, under OPTIONS|DISK tab. There is an auto-backup feature of sorts. Check the folder where the project file/s are stored.
  13. What version of VP is in use? The best way to demonstrate the issue is to save the project as a portable file, upload it and share a link here. Follow these easy steps. http://nch.invisionzone.com/topic/23659-tips-for-getting-help-on-this-forum/
  14. Confirmed. It's an issue in version 7.11 and earlier. But not in the latest beta version. Install it and the result should be better. Report your findings please.
  15. What version of Videopad? Here is the latest. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Someone will take a look if you upload and share the project, and indicate what effect is desired ... on which clip/s. Follow these easy steps... http://nch.invisionzone.com/topic/23659-tips-for-getting-help-on-this-forum/
  16. Did you back up the project routinely, using PROJECT|SAVE AS with a unique # or name? Try restoring an earlier back up. Are you using the same VP version now as when the project was constructed? Reinstalling VP won't hurt.
  17. Yes, that's best. Program a few transitions with the file types you have been using until the fault appears. Or simply split out and delete the bulk of the project (after saving it, of course), and export the remainder. Then upload and share. We'll check it out.
  18. Several approaches Remove unwanted segments from the timeline... Import the clip, then drag it to the timeline, or right-click|PLACE ON TIMELINE. Then place splits at the start and points of material that will be deleted. Right-click on the new 'to be deleted' clip and DELETE|RIPPLE. It will vanish, and the clips to its right will slide left, leaving no gap. Add desired segments to the timeline... Import the clip, but do not place it on the timeline. Click on the clip in the bin. Then, under the preview window drag the scrubber (red line) to the IN point that you want. Click [SET START. Drag it to where you want video to end and ]SET END. Click the chevron at the right of the ADD button and choose where the clip is to be placed. It appears on the timeline at that position. This can be repeated time after time. First click the clip in the bin, then mark new points. If you prefer to have individual clips in the bin that reflect each sub-clip, first duplicate the original by right-clicking on it and COPYing. Then right-click and PASTE CLIP. Any number of duplicates can be added. Check out tutorials at https://www.nchsoftware.com/videopad/tutorial.html
  19. Strange. Clear the Windows TEMP folder... "C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp" Reboot. Install this version of Videopad. Success?
  20. Upload and share the project (with transitions) please, so others can run tests. Here's how...http://nch.invisionzone.com/topic/23659-tips-for-getting-help-on-this-forum/
  21. Upload and share the video or project. Someone will check it out. Here's how...http://nch.invisionzone.com/topic/23659-tips-for-getting-help-on-this-forum/
  22. A problem that should be fixed in the next version - out soon. In the interim, right-click the audio track and choose FADE IN or OUT. Then double-click in the track. Audio waveform appears in the preview window. Drag the keyframe dot - left or right - to whatever duration you desire.
  23. When FILE|SAVE AS is used to archive a project, it's saved to the folder shown. Open that folder with Windows Explorer (file manager) and delete the project. You can also delete the source files from the folder where they were stored. And VP cache files can be purged. Click OPTIONS|DISK and Clear Unused Cache Files.
  24. Two things to try... With the pointer in the Videopad top border click and hold the left mouse button. Drag upwards. Press <alt-spacebar>, then the M key. Now press the UP arrow key. drag.mp4
