  1. Sadly, the program does not offer an option to show up transactions by entry order as you have described. NCH Software formally takes suggestions or feedback about products through the form at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/
  2. Hello, it may depend on how long ago you purchased the license and also, may depend on the current version you have on you Mac. If it is running Catalina and you purchased a license more than 6 months ago, you will be required to upgrade since old licenses will not be compatible with that OS. If you purchase your license recently, you can use the same license. NCH offers a license upgrade discount by entering your current registration code at http://www.nch.com.au/upgrade/
  3. Not sure what you are referring to. Could you provide an example or send a screenshot showing that? So it would be easier to understand and try to find a solution for you. In any case, I would recommend you read the online help manual: http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/crescendo/win/index.html
  4. Photostage creates a video output from the selected images and audio but the playback depends on the video player so there is no option to create a loop project.

All the reports you can run in MoneyLine (click Reports menu > select any of the reports) can be saved as CSV. You may also try to backup your data (click Tools > Back Up Data). Once you have saved the data (CSV or Backup), you can delete the existing data and start over.
  6. Sadly, the program does not offer the option to run a report with the information you are requesting. This is the list of reports you can run in Express Invoice: http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/expressinvoice/win/reports.html If the information you need is not there, it would not be possible to retrieve that data. Primary Contact

What do you mean by "I can't enter the same name twice in the name field"? What field are you referring to? Can you provide all the steps you have followed to be able to reproduce the issue? What occurs when you try to do that? Are you getting any error message? What happens you you try to get into Primary Contact? In any case, I would recommend you to reinstall the program https://www.nchsoftware.com/crm/refsetup.exe You may also want to read the online help manual: http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/reflect/win/index.html

  9. If you are not using Mac OS Catalina, v6.64 should work without issues on your machine. I guess the message does not say it does not work, what it says is that the current version of the program is 32bit and will not work on future OS upgrades, so it is recommended to upgrade. Then, the classic wavepad color scheme option is not available on newer versions. 10. Unfortunately, the program does not offer the option to do what you have described. Multiple packing list details cannot be added to one single invoice
  11. To adjust the text you need to do this: Under the Text properties section, you should see a couple of icons under "Curved Text", you just need to click on them to rotate left or right. I have attached a screenshot here: https://files.fm/u/tzgbmsk7 If you want to print direct to disc, you can check out this information: http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/disketch/win/concepts_directtodisc.html

  16. First of all, you need to make sure you have purchased a license for the "Plus MPEG2 Edition" and have registered the program since the "Plus Edition" does not support video file formats MPEG2. Then, .mpg format is the extension of the file, MPEG2 is the video compressor, so when you convert it (even if you use MPEG2), the extension if the file will be .mpg, the difference will be in the way the video is compressed.
  17. Could you explain in detail what you are trying to record? To select a particular device to record from, from the left panel you will see the tracks > click the wrench icon > under recording options, select the audio device you want to use to record > click OK
  18. I would recommend you to check under this location on your Mac and confirm if the files are there: /Users/YOURUSERNAME/Library/Application Support That is the default location where Scribe stores the data. If you do not know how to access it, you can contact Apple support for assistance.
  19. If you are referring to a payment that you received from one of your customers, you need to click View > Payments > Click on the payment you would like to reverse to highlight it > Click the Delete button on the toolbar > Click the Delete button to confirm the reversal. The instructions you provided are valid for payments that you make to your suppliers.
