  5. First of all, you need to make sure you have purchased a license for the "Plus MPEG2 Edition" and have registered the program since the "Plus Edition" does not support video file formats MPEG2. Then, .mpg format is the extension of the file, MPEG2 is the video compressor, so when you convert it (even if you use MPEG2), the extension if the file will be .mpg, the difference will be in the way the video is compressed.
  6. Could you explain in detail what you are trying to record? To select a particular device to record from, from the left panel you will see the tracks > click the wrench icon > under recording options, select the audio device you want to use to record > click OK

    Adding column

  17. I have tested it but it seems there is not a way to change that limit. Keep in mind this is an old program and has not been under development since 2016.
  18. I just tested it on Windows 10 and it is showing the mouse radius. I would recommend you to change the radius size. Click Options > Record tab > for the Mouse Move Radius use a different size and confirm if the issue persists > click OK to save the changes.
  19. You may need to know the program does not offer any option to merge different stories. In this case, it would be necessary to add all the furniture again to the 2nd story and delete it from the ground level. There is no workaround.
  20. hello, I just tested it (version 4.01) Mac OS Catalina but I was unable to reproduce the issues you are reporting. Category and Sub Category change based on payee and last entry for that payee. When recording a transaction, I just hit Return key and it was recorded, I did not need to click OK to save the changes. I would recommend you to reinstall the program or install a the previous version of the program and confirm if the issue persists.     Not sure what decryption info you are referring to. The program does not offer any option to encrypt/decrypt invoices not data. Are you trying to add that information as a comment on the invoice?
  23. If you are working with ISO files, you need to make sure you have registered the program and that you have the Plus version since it will only work with Express Burn Plus Only.   24. Sound should work with the trial version. I would recommend you to reinstall the program and confirm that you have audio on other software. Make sure your speakers are turned on.
  25. Apply Auto Duck: Use this feature to apply an auto duck effect to some tracks. MixPad detects the volume of control track and applies volume reduction to other tracks. It is helpful if you want to lower the music background track when a vocal track is the main focus and then raise the music background when the vocal track is silent.
