If the shortcut is just for "year-old", you may need to type in the number, lets say 50, then, hit the space bar (if you type in the abbreviation just after the number, the shortcut will not work since it will take the number (50) as part of the shortcut), put the cursor back next to the number (you can use the arrow keys) and type in the abbreviation.
  3. If you already ran a registry cleaner software and you still have the problem, the only thing I could recommend is to check with a Windows certified technician as mentioned in a previous reply since a single change in the registry may mess up your system
  4. Are you trying to record your screen, webcam or capture device? You may want to uninstall Debut, restart your computer, reinstall from this link: https://www.nchsoftware.com/capture/debutpmaci.zip and then, restart your computer one more time. Before reinstalling the program, I recommend you to save your previous recordings to avoid losing your information during the process.

Please be informed that the items you add in Inventoria will not show up in the Items list in Accounts (View menu > Items), but they should show up in the Item column when you create a new invoice. Also, make sure you are updating the correct location. In Accounts, click Options > Inventory > click Retrieve Locations > select the Location from the drop down menu > click Update > click OK to save the changes.
  6. Sadly, the program does not offer options to sort the tracks. You will have to drag the files to put them in the order you need but when you load files, they are sorted by track number/name, I just tested it and it work that way.   7. If you are recording from the speakers and also from the mic, the problem may be that your mic is capturing the audio that comes out from the speakers. If that is the case, you will have to either put the mic away from the speakers or use a directional mic to capture sound from a specific area only
  8. If you find your accounts are not balancing, try recalculating the balances in Express Accounts to see if it helps. To do this, click the Transactions menu option in the main window and select Recalculate Customers' Balances. Express Accounts will run a recalculation automatically. Usually, when numbers do not match, it is do to a bad entry. Make sure you have checked all your transactions in the Journal to see if there is something wrong.

  10. Sadly, the program does not offer options to create collages for 4K and 8K. The only options you have are the ones you can see in the drop down menu and it is not possible to select a custom resolution.   11. Yes, you should be able to create tabs for ukulele. Open Crescendo, under Score menu > click New icon > click the Tablature folder > scroll down to find the Ukulele template > click Next > select the time and key > click Next > enter the Score info > click Finish.
  12. If your financial institution is not in the list, you can add it manually. To do that, please follow these steps: Click Accounts menu > Add Account > check Enable online account access > click the Financial Institution drop down menu > select Add New Financial Institution > enter the required information (if you do not know that, you may need to contact your bank, they are the only ones who can provide you with those details) > click OK > OK again to save the changes.

    You need to click the bar you want to copy to highlight it, hit Ctrl + C command to copy. Then, go to a blank bar, click on it to highlight it, hit Ctrl + V command to paste.
  14. If you use a different picture for the overlay, do you get the same problem? What is the format of that file? When you open the project, do you get a message saying there is a missing file? Under Home menu > click Batch icon > click Add Files button > select the files you want to convert > click Open > click Next > under the Command List section, click Add > select the Covert Files command > OK > click Next > select Convert to File Format > from the drop down menu, select the output format > select an Output Folder > click Next > it will start processing the files. Once done, it will open the output folder you selected folder and the converted files should be there

  19. MixPad currently features support for playback to ASIO and recording from ASIO. NCH recommends ASIO for both playback and recording. Make sure you have selected the correct device for playback and recording. Click the wrench icon and select the devices you want to use. Click OK to save the changes.

If you want to apply an effect to an existing recording, you need to make sure you follow these steps: https://www.nchsoftware.com/voicechanger/kb/1609.html When you connect Voxal to another program, Voxal must be opened prior to the program that you are using the effect in. Close both programs, open Voxal, then open the program where you would like to apply the voice effect.

  25. You can try to create custom stories with different elevation, that will allow you to create walls in the selected story and adjust the walls to that elevation. To do that, click "New Story" > enter a Story Name > set the wall height and elevation > click Create New Story > now select the new story from the list and start drawing the wall. You may need to create multiple custom stories with different elevations to be able to achieve that
