  1. Hi @Lancelot Chan VideoPad doesn't have such a feature, the program only connects to your account and uploads the video. You can leave your suggestion to the development team on the following page: https://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html
  2. Hello @Lancelot Chan Please make sure to follow the steps below in order to solve the situation presented with the program: 1. From VideoPad, select the Tools => Options => Disk tab > "Cache folder" section => copy the folder path. On our end is > C:\Users\NCH\AppData\Local\Temp\ 2. Paste the path on your Windows folder explorer, this will open the Cache contents. 3. Delete all files within this folder. 4. Close VideoPad and reopen it again. 5. Reload the file and let us know the outcome.
  3. Hello @Maya89 and @KerryLuis Could you let me know what version of the program are you using? Can you confirm that you started Debut first before any other program that can use your media like Skype, Discord, etc.? ...try starting Debut first before any other program. Once you have selected your recording window and adjusted your video settings, you are ready to start recording streaming video. Simply click on the record button to begin recording and allow your video to start playing. Debut will capture both the audio and the video from your streaming video unless you make an adjustment in your settings to record just one or the other. When you are finished recording, simply click on the stop button and your newly recorded streaming video will be output into the Debut folder located in the Videos file on your computer. Finally, make sure to use the Fast Capture option when recording.

Hi, The best is to download the demo version and check if the program works for you, here is the link: https://www.nch.com.au/mixpad/mpsetup.exe
  6. Hi, Try to update your drivers. Make sure you have the latest drivers for your camera installed on your Windows 10/11 laptop. You can find drivers on the manufacturer's website. Also, you may want to try using a different port.
  7. In this case, you may want to contact NCH technical support, here is the link: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  8. Hi, Open the program > Click on the track where you want to record > Click on the FX button > Add Effects > Choose the effect you want > Close the Window (screenshot 1). Click on the Enable recording for this track And click on the Records button to start the recording (screenshot 2). Screenshots: https://files.fm/u/es9f5yh44
  9. You may try the following: Uninstall Debut, then delete 3 folders named "Debut" and 1 named "Components" from these locations: **C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Debut\ **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Debut\ **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components **C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\Debut\ **If you can't find any of the folders, just continue. If you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders with the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files. Install the software again and use your registration code. If the issue is still there you can upload a screenshot showing your results on the following link: https://files.fm/

  14. Hi, Have you tried to reinstall the program? You may want to try the following: Uninstall PhotoStage, then delete 3 folders named "PhotoStage" and 1 named "Components" from these locations: **C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\PhotoStage\ **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\PhotoStage\ **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components **C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\PhotoStage\ **If you can't find any of the folders, just continue. 15. Hi, When adding the wanted transition, make sure that you click only "Apply" and not "Apply all". For a better understanding, I have recreated the steps using 3 slides. As you can see on the uploaded screenshot ( screenshot 1) the second and the third slides have the same transitions, and only the first one has a different one. In order to apply the transition only on a specific slide click "Apply". Here is the link for the uploaded screenshot: https://files.fm/u/3zgdq8cmt The same applies to duration.
  16. Hi, Try a different format (such as WAV or MP3) and then import it into a Mixpad. This can sometimes resolve issues with the original file.
  17. Hi, At the moment the program does not have this option. NCH welcomes suggestions for program improvements, which you may submit through our developers' feedback portal: https://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. This way, this feature might be implemented in future versions of the program.
  18. Hi @HeirloomBob, Please make sure that you can see the "Licensed Software" status at the very top of the window, next to the program's name. If you are using the unlicensed version you need to contact NCH technical support so they can help you to install the correct version and send you your registration code. You can create a ticket using the following link: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html In order to avoid any similar situation in the future, before updating or making any other changes on your computer it is strongly recommended to save your file first (Menu > File > Backu Up Project File to Folder).
  19. Hi @David Stevens, The mentioned file format (msg) is not supported in Doxillion. On the following link, you can check a list of all file formats that are supported by the program: https://www.nchsoftware.com/documentconvert/kb/1858.html You can also leave your suggestion for including the .msg file format in some future versions, here is the link: https://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html
  20. Hi @LostNewbie, Is it possible to share some screenshots so we can have a closer look at what you see on your end when you open the file?
  21. Hi @rchaisse, I have uploaded a screenshot for you showing where you can find the Encoder Option and change from Mono to Stereo: https://files.fm/u/han5casdq
  22. Hi @Pepsi123, According to the error message you reported "that does not match the file format" we can come to the conclusion that the problem is related to the file and not to the program. It may be that your .mp3 file is not a proper .mp3 file. In order to confirm this assumption you can try to upload any other file and check the result. Also, you can contact NCH technical support and send them the file you had issues with for further testing, here is the link: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  23. Hi @TedG You can do that by moving to Edit tab and select the Audio Tags option, here is the screenshot: https://files.fm/u/h8s29hft6 Once there simply enter your data and save the changes.
  24. If you already have a license and want to purchase the upgrade you can visit the following link for more information: https://www.nch.com.au/upgrade/
