  1. Hi @Michael Vail The feature is working. How did you configure it? Simply go to the Options\Payments Methods and enter new payment method and click SAVE, shown here. The new payment method will be shown in the new payment method (new payment). Also, it is shown in the old payments, check here. This is tested on older version 7.25 and the newest one as well. Are you sure you didn't skip some step?
  2. Hi @ShellyT There is an option to create Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow Statement for multiple business using Consolidation report. The report can be found among others Reports from the main navigation bar.
  3. Hi @Gil121438 Express Accounts runs on a rolling year. That is to say, there is no function in which to end or close a financial year at its conclusion. Unlike some other accounting software products, Express Accounts does not work on current year earnings and retained earnings basis, but rather the retained earnings account is an ongoing account that records any money earned or lost during previous financial years in addition to current year earnings. This means that the retained earnings account in Express Accounts is a record of all the money to date that the company has earned.
  4. Hi @Mike B Please be aware that the program doesn't have an option to show\hide the check number. You can leave your suggestion on the following page: https://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html
  5. If you upgraded to a new version of iPad then other programs need to configure to the changes of the operating system. The best way to check this is to download and install the newest version and see what is the outcome. If the newest version works, then you need to upgrade your software version.
  6. Hi @chrismio Could you check how long is the description you are entering? Possible there is a limit (every SQL database has it when definig the data)
  7. Hi @Rodayomar You will need to access the default folder where the data is located, specifically: ~/Library/NCH Software/ExpressAccounts Once you access the folder, search Invoice folder or whatever else you need and copy\paste to the old computer. This should do it.
  8. @John2005 Did you made a backup? (Tools\Back Up Data) Did you received some error message? What actually happened when you tried to access your data?
  9. Hi @Rod, Could you please tell us which file format do you want to convert?

    RUNNING SYSTEM

Hi @KEVINB, All NCH software licenses are single-user licenses. This means that the license can be used only on one computer/user profile. If you need the software to be installed on multiple computers you will need separate licenses for each computer. The other option to make the program accessible to other computers is with the option for Web Access. For more information about this feature you can check the video tutorial from the following link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zmv2CdYVJz4&t=3s

Hi DeepSix, There is a template for importing data in Inventoria, here is the link to the file: https://files.fm/u/f9hhku7cw You will notice that there is a Quantities and Cost Price column, you might want to use the template and update your prices. Make sure to create a backup in order to avoid complications. Hope this helps.

Or even better a step by step instruction. Also, you might want to try with a different scan device or application, depending on what you use.
