  9. Hi, First I suggest you to check the disk space to ensure how much free space you have. Also, I suggest you to clear the cache using the following steps: Uninstall WavePad, then delete 3 folders named "WavePad" and 1 named "Components" from these locations: **C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\WavePad\ **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\WavePad\ **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components **C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\WavePad\ **If you can't find any of the folders, just continue. If you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders with the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files. Install the software one more time, enter your registration code, and check the result.
  10. Hi, DS2 files are a proprietary format created when the Olympus DS-2400 is used to make dictations. After the dictation is created, the format can be converted to DSS or WAV format using the Olympus Standard software included with the DS-2400, which means you will have to request that the person creating dictations converts the files before sending them to you. Try using DSS files in Express Scribe. To convert files from the Olympus Standard player, have the user select the dictation(s) in the list, go to the File menu, select "Convert Dictation" and then click the Convert button.

  22. Hi, If your printer is capable of printing direct-to-disc, begin by creating a direct-to-disc project by selecting the Direct to Disc option when creating a new project. It is important to note that when you have selected your printer from the print dialog, you must select your printer's equivalent of 'printable disc' as the output media, and, if required, also select the equivalent of 'disc tray' as the paper source. For example, for Canon printers, you need to set the Media Type as "Printable disc (recommended)" and the Paper Source as "Disc tray". These setting names can be different from printer manufacturers. Read your printer instructions for setting direct to disc printing.
