95 - 100% CPU Usage when using the H265 Encoder for .mkv file
n1x1 replied to Jeff Neumann's topic in Debut
HI @Jeff Neumann, You can limit the CPU usage of a process which would use CPU 100% down to 50% (or any percentage you like). You can try the following steps: - Go to Control Panel. - Hardware and sound - Power options - Edit plan settings - Change advanced power settings - Processor power management - Maximum processor state and lower it to 80% or whatever you want. Using software that measure CPU temperatures like 'Speed fan' you will see that temperatures drop. -
Hi, Have you tried to record using the newest version? Here is the link for the demo version: https://www.nchsoftware.com/capture/debutpsetup.exe

Hi, Unfortunately the program does not have the option to incise the font size at this moment. NCH formally takes suggestions which you can leave for the development team on the following link: https://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html

Hi, Unfortunately at the moment the program will not save the Period and it will return to "Custom Period" after you exit the program. NCH takes suggestions, which you can leave on the following link for the development team: https://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html

Hi @Jaco Vermaak The best move at this point is to forward that error message to the development team. You can create the ticket on the following page: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

csv import doesn't take quantities lower than 1
n1x1 replied to Valentine's topic in Express Invoice
Hi @Valentine Use the following template for importing data in the program: https://files.fm/u/9yze54294 From the looks of it, there might be an issue with delimiters or file format. Try using CSV file format which is something NCH supports. -
Zdravo @Jovan, Express Invoice use port 96, here is how to open port in Windows 10, please open inbound and outbound communication for all three ports. Here is the link: https://pureinfotech.com/open-port-firewall-windows-10/ After this is done, just follow the steps: 1. Click the "Options" button on the toolbar 2. Select "Web Access" from the list on the left 3. Select the check box for one or both of the following options ---Allow access to Express Accounts on the local network ---Allow access to Express Accounts from the internet (Cloud Access) 4. We recommend checking the box for "Turn Web Access on when this computer is running" 5. In the Web Accounts section, click the "Add"... button 6. Enter the information for each user 7. Give each user the web access address from the Browser Access section e.g. http://192.168.1.10:96 8. Give each user the password you created for them when setting up their User Account 9. Click "OK" to save your changes and close the window If you still need assistance please reply back to this email.

@CorB @Pazekal @digimon900 The latest version of the program is compatble with Big Sur.
-
Depending on the software version of the program and your current version of the operating system you are using, there might be compatibility issues. There is an option to set the program compatibility. Go to the program icon, right-click on it and select Properties. In the newly opened window select the Compatibility tab, check the Compatibility Mode and from the drop down menu select Windows version. Try and experiment with which version is it running without issues.

Hi @Just Handle It Depending on your email client, you need to set the emails from that email address as trusted. Check the settings or Google it, it is a common setting.

@Lucyann8 @Mick Berg You should contact technical support and ask again for the free software. They should provide you with a free version. Open a ticket on the following page: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

Hi @Bruce C The columns such as Qty, Description, Unit Price, Tax and Total are mandatory, they are standard in accounting all over the world and therefore they can't be changed. When you go to Options\Invoice you can add\remove columns such as Item and Discount.

hi @Victor Berridge Yes, you can create an recuring invoice and save it as recuring, please have a look at the screenshot(here)
-
Hi @CW Henry This is very unusual, could you elaborate? Do you want for the program to calculate the 4%? This credit card fee is additional fee from VAT?
-
hi @oneinstyle Try with this: Go to the View\Customers\<open customer window>\Info tab and change the Opening Balance
-
hi @riaan Try with Tools options from the main navigation menu, you can run recurring invoices\Orders\Statements. That might resolve the issue.
-
Hi @seanlu21 Yes, you can use both programs for your business in Singapore. Actually, all NCH products are compatible with international standards and they work well everywhere, the exclusion are countries with specific regulation. Some of those countries like Canada and U.K. have their needs implemented in the program, specifically when setting up VAT, etc.

Hey @maclipi You are right, the program can't primary business, that is done on purpose by developers. You can do a clean install or simply open a new business.
-
Hi @socv You can formally leave your suggestion to the development team on the following page: https://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html

Hello @itstheburns The main thing is to enable Web Access feature for each program, in this case, Inventoria and Express Invoice. To get started, the best first move is to open the port for each program, for Inventoria that is port 1097 and port 96 for Express Inventoria. To open the port, please follow instructions from the following link, please open inbound and outbound communication for each port in order for them to work. Here is the link: https://pureinfotech.com/open-port-firewall-windows-10/ After that comes Web Access configuration. The process is the same for both programs, here are video tutorials on how to do it: -Inventoria https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zmv2CdYVJz4&feature=emb_logo -Express Invoice https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NRpCi6ya9mE

MacOS X Monterey not compatible with Express Invoice
n1x1 replied to Pazekal's topic in Express Invoice
@mitrecyclers You can use a free version for that purpose. I believe companies with five or less employess can use it without purchasing the program. You should check that with the technical support and ask for free version.
