  1. Make sure you select the correct device to record: click Options > Preview Audio tab > under Preview Recording Device drop down menu > select the device you want to use to record > click OK.
  2. Note that Switch is designed to work on Windows or Mac. I would recommend you to move the files locally to the computer (Windows or Mac) and try to convert the files again.   3. The items you download from external websites are stored in this location: C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\DreamPlan so you can go there and delete the files.
  4. You should be able to set the output file name: in RecordPad > click Options > click Output tab > in the Output File Name section > enter the file name format as described in the example you can see there > click OK to save the changes
  5. Not sure what you did to change that but if you do not see the account numbers or if they are wrong, you will have to change them manually, there is no way to restore to the default ones

  9. Express Scribe Pro supports most USB foot pedals. However, the free version only works with AltoEdge foot pedals. So, the problem may be that you are not using the Pro version.

    Increase Canvas

    Open PhotoPad > Open your picture > click Menu > File > New > set the canvas size you need > click OK > at the bottom, you should see your two projects, the picture you loaded and the blank project > go back to the picture project > select it (Ctrl A) to select all > hit Ctrl C to copy > go to the blank project > Ctrl V to paste > click and drag the image to the position you need.
  14. If you reinstall and the issue persists, I would recommend you to submit a bug report here: https://www.nch.com.au/software/bug.html so the developers can take a look and try to find out what could be causing the problem.

  16. It is not possible to run two different installations on the same machine, if you install a different version, it will overwrite the existing one. You may try these steps: Uninstall Voxal, then delete 3 folders named "Voxal" and 1 named "Components" from these locations: **C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Voxal\ **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Voxal\ **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components **C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\Voxal\ **If you can't find any of the folders, just continue. After that, restart your computer and reinstall the program using this link: http://www.oldversiondownload.com/oldversions/voxal-2-00-2017-03-21.exe (this is for version 2.00) Once done, restart your system one more time and try again.

    NCH recommends ASIO for both playback and recording. ASIO will provide the best performance and the lowest possible latency and offer the greatest accuracy when synchronizing recordings. ASIO will also allow you to play and record from multiple channels of the same device. If you don't have an ASIO capable sound card then you should choose DirectSound as your playback option and MME as your recording option. Another option is to install the driver from ASIO4ALL which provides a layer over the regular soundcard, allowing it to be used as an ASIO device by software such as MixPad.   19. Are you getting any error message? You did not mentioned if you are using Mac, Windows, iOS or Android; but you may want to uninstall, restart your device and then, reinstall to see if it helps. If the problem is that Copper is not synchronizing items with Inventoria, even though you get "updated successful" message, you may want to know that the issue has already been reported to the developers for further testing, however there is not an estimated when the issue would be addressed.   22. If you find your accounts are not balancing, try recalculating the balances in Express Accounts to see if it helps. To do this, click the Transactions menu option in the main window and select Recalculate Customers' Balances. Express Accounts will run a recalculation automatically.
  23. Yes, that is correct. The program does not offer options to print an invoice when you sell, it will only manage your stock. If you need to print invoices, I would recommend you to link Inventoria with Express invoice. Express Invoice will allow you to create and print invoice and Inventoria will manage your stock levels.   24. If a sequence is going to be burnt as a video DVD, chapters can be added to the DVD by setting bookmarks. First, add bookmarks to your timeline: Right-click the timeline at the position where you would like the chapter separator to be and select Set Bookmark. Change the name and color of the bookmark if you like (this will not affect your DVD chapters), then click OK. Repeat the above steps for every position you want to start a new chapter. Each bookmark will be used as a chapter separator. Second, choose to export your movie to DVD: Follow the instructions in Saving, Sharing, or Burning a Video to burn a DVD. A dialog will appear, asking if you would like to export your bookmarks as DVD Chapters. Select Use bookmarks as chapters.
