  1. ¿A qué se refiere con "una cantidad de subtítulos específicos"? Yo lo acabo de probar con las versiones que indica y no tengo problema con aplicar el fondo a los subtítulos seleccionados. Le recomenadría que intente lo siguiente: Desinstale VideoPad, luego borre 3 folders llamados VideoPad y uno llamado "Components" de estas locaciones: **C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\VideoPad\ **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\VideoPad\ **C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\VideoPad\ **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components **Si no encuentra alguno de estos folders, solo continue. Reinicie la máquina y reinstlale el programa. Si aún tiene problemas, puede solicitar soporte técnico aquí: https://www.nch.com.au/support/es/
  2. Did it work before? Have you recently changed/updated something on your machine? Make sure that you are not applying any effects to your recordings. In case you still have issues, I would recommend you to reinstall the program using this link: https://www.nch.com.au/mixpad/mpsetup.exe

    MixPad - Phase reverse

    The software does not have the option you are referring to, since that is controlled by a switch in the mixing console or interface you are using. This is not a software feature.

    Overdubbing

    To overdub/mix record, open your audio file in WavePad. Then, start Overdub/Mix record by pressing Ctrl+Shift+F5 or by going to "Menu" -> "Control" -> "Record" -> "Record – Overdub/Mix". Recording will start immediately at your cursor, you will hear the audio file playing as you record your overdub. When you are finished recording, press stop. If you need to start over, use undo to remove your previous recording, place your cursor at the start position, then start overdub /mix record again using the shortcut keys Ctrl+Shift+F5 or by going to "Menu" -> "Control" -> "Record" -> "Record – Overdub/Mix".

I would recommend you to uninstall/disable any other software that may have been using the camera (e.g. the software that comes with the camera) since it may cause a conflict between that program and Debut. You may also want to go to Options > Video tab and check under WebCam and also under Capture Device (some webcams may be recognized as capture devices and vice versa) and confirm if the WebCam shows up there

You will have to register the program using your current code.

    Can't Save MP3 File!

    What occurs when you try to save as mp3? Are you getting any error message? If the program is asking to upgrade to a commercial version, perhaps, the settings you have used for those mp3 files are not available for your current version, so you may need to upgrade to be able to use them. I would suggest to upgrade and test again. In case you still have issues, you can always request a refund.

  13. Why do you want to record your screen using an external camera? Debut can record your screen internally, without a camera. If you want to record using a camera, click Options > Video tab > check under WebCam and also under Capture Device and confirm if you camera is being recognized, if so, you just need to select it from the drop down menu > click OK

If you are referring to an account you created in Express Accounts, click View > Chart of Accounts > double click on the account you want to edit > enter a new Opening Balance > click OK to save the changes. If you are referring to something else, please elaborate.

  19. Unfortunately, you cannot load files directly from Dropbox. You need to download the files from Dropbox to your computer and then, you can load them onto Express Scribe

  22. Hello, it may depend on how long ago you purchased the license and also, may depend on the current version you have on you Mac. If it is running Catalina and you purchased a license more than 6 months ago, you will be required to upgrade since old licenses will not be compatible with that OS. If you purchase your license recently, you can use the same license. NCH offers a license upgrade discount by entering your current registration code at http://www.nch.com.au/upgrade/

  24. Photostage creates a video output from the selected images and audio but the playback depends on the video player so there is no option to create a loop project.

    All the reports you can run in MoneyLine (click Reports menu > select any of the reports) can be saved as CSV. You may also try to backup your data (click Tools > Back Up Data). Once you have saved the data (CSV or Backup), you can delete the existing data and start over.
