The intent here is to pitch correct an A/V mp4 file that has been sped up by 10%. The file is UNlinked from audio in Videopad. Video speed is increased to 110% resulting in a length of 6.43.584. The audio track is saved as a WAV and speed is increased to 110% in Wavepad (no pitch change), resulting in a length of 6.43.015. The original audio track in VP is then replaced by the WP sped-up file. A/V preview is out of sync. Why? The sped-up WAV should be a direct replacement, in sync with the video. -0- Alternatively, A/V speed is increased in Videopad (keep pitch unchanged box is UNchecked), then split out as above. Pitch change is applied in Wavepad (no speed change). When the two are mated in VP, again they are out of sync. According to HELP, speed change doesn't change pitch and pitch change doesn't change speed. The results above seem to contradict that. HELP for WP lists a "pitch shifter effect." But no effect by that name can be found.

After clicking Save Project File As, the Windows Explorer (file manager) box pops up. Did you try choosing a different folder (directory) for the file - perhaps VIDEOS? What happens if "untitled" is changed to another name? Open OPTIONS | DISK tab and Clear Unused Cache Files. Do any of these measures succeed?

You have undocked the BIN, which is now right-bottom of the screen. Click the X to dock it ... or click the 3-lined 'hamburger' menu at the top-left of the window, click VIEW, click RESTORE DEFAULT LAYOUT.

Think you just might have something there 'fly.' In Windows the slides do display, but the opener is often distorted when 'auto' creates the export as lossless. This happens in several recent VP versions. Off (Re-encode Video) instead and the slide is clean.

Amplify effect here is defaulted to 100%. While it can be made louder, your project is already loud enough. Can't say why you see "10" on your Mac. To Normalize is to adjust the volume so that the loudest peak is equal to (or a percentage of) the maximum signal that can be used in digital audio. It won't hurt to utilize that. To add effects to the single, single her out by splitting at the start and end of each of her sound bites. Select the newly split-out clips, click the FX button on any one of them, program the desired effects, then click the fourth button from the left on the effects toolbar, which will apply the effects to all selected clips. Nothing special done in the export of your project. Just mp4 with the default and suggested settings

Yet another approach. But if you look closely you will note that the FADE transition fades out completely at the halfway point of the fade duration. Either Nat's method or my suggestion to use the TRANSPARENCY effect will overcome that. CROSSFADE is more accurate when used on the last clip in the sequence. A request is in to implement FADE as an true fade, not a fade out/fade in,. with a duration prompt. Time will tell.

That's a function of the server, not Videopad. Check with YouTube, Vimeo, etc.

There's no import file number limitation and there should be no issues when working with 720, 1080 or 1440 HD. 2160 files can perform as well. But if a 1440 or UHD project is lengthy, or has multiple tracks and effects, you would be well advised to break it into segments... Edit a segment, export it, view it to confirm accuracy, then edit another. When all are completed, import the segments into VP, merge them and export the final output. At each step and routinely for any session, save Project Files AS, giving it a unique # or name, so as to avoid overwriting earlier saves. Then a project can be restored to the time it was saved by opening a VPJ file. If you use Save Project Files (no AS), the earlier file will be overwritten. VPJ files are not playable.
