  1. Is the rest of your CPU was idle? If not which process was occupying the CPU?

  3. Is the "black out" moment in a consistent position? If so could you try remove the rest of the clips in the timeline and only keep the sections that has the "black out"? Please save it as another project when you do so.
  4. I'm not being able to reproduce this bug as long as the edit box has the focus. Have you clicked anywhere else when this happen?
  5. You can have a typewriter clip for each line. Use "Position" effect to move the line in to place. Change "Animation Duration" to get the right speed. Extent "Clip Duration" so the text stay still after the animation finished. And then the second line start at where the first line animation ends...etc..
  6. If you update VideoPad to the latest version it will let you chose which track to load. You can load the video multiple times and save different sound tracks to a waveform file. Then you import the waveform file back to your project and mix them in whichever way you wanted.

  8. This is a follow up release for v5.31. Bugs fixed: Transition freeze if left clip has speed change and effect applied. Fixed clip preview control panel buttons always appear pressed down after the first click. "Insert transition frames" option is disabled unless the clip being slowed down. Fixed some buttons icons has black color and don't stand out from the background.

  10. @Stephen Staloch Please make sure you are using the current version (v5.31). If issues happen in the current version please upload the project files.
  11. Hi, I've confirmed it's a bug. If you apply an effect to a speed changed clip, the transition will freeze (at the beginning of transition). Also I want to clarify here that "insert transition frames" option only effects slowed down clips. It toggles if VideoPad would automatically insert dissolved frames between the original frame. We'll adjust the UI to avoid the confusion. Thanks for reporting the issues.

  14. Yes, they should be added to the text style options. At the moment, you can create shadows by insert a copy under the original one and then blur it and change it to the shadow color.
  15. It can be turned of by un-check "Insert transition frames" on Speed Change dialog.
  16. We are applying the fix to Mac versions. Please export to disk file and upload to YouTube manually for now.
  17. Yes. Cache only store frames used for preview to make it faster. Autosave popup only appear when VideoPad terminated with un-saved contain. Please be aware of that it will also get overwritten each time VideoPad runs - If you choose not to load an autosave, you won't be able to get the autosave popup next time start VideoPad.
  18. VideoPad will try convert the VOB file to AVI only if problems are detected in the file. For example, there are no enough keyframes or time stamp mismatch etc.. Please upload and share the file, we'll check it out.

  20. You can set End Point at cursor position by clicking the "] End" button. I think this is a bug - previous versions "ctrl+shift+." works the same as clicking the button. Thanks for reporting the issue!
