  1. Hi, When you try to save it, do you get any error message? You can try to save your project using a different audio format .wav, .mp3,.wma or any other to see if you get the same problem.   6. Hi, RecordPad does not have any trims silence option. By any chance, are you talking about WavePad or SoundTap?
  7. Hi, from the print preview you should be able to increase the amount of copies you want to print. It is not possible to select a printer as the default for this program.

    Hi, as soon as you stop the recording you will see the file in the following folder C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Music\Golden there is no temp file or at least this cannot be accessed during the recording. If the issue occurs on old recording I will suggest you to reinstall the software
  9. Hi, Follow the steps below, 1. From WavePad, select the Options menu > Audio tab > "Audio working folder" section, check mark the "Use this specified folder" box and copy the folder path. C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\WavePad. 2. Paste the path on your windows folder explorer, this will open the Cache content files. 3. Delete all files within this folder. 4. Close WavePad and re open it again. 5. Re load the file and let us know the outcome.
