  2. Hi Elk, thank you for getting back to me. I have tried re-installing with no success. The transactions are definitely posted on the correct account. I am really quite disappointed with the programme. I also didn't realise that it was not internet based, so can really only be used from one location/device , unless a usb storage unit is used all the time. Now the automated transactions are not working. I feel I have wasted my money. Any other tips you might have would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance.
  3. Hi, I just purchased this software, but the scheduled transactions do not seem to be registering / showing on the account. Can you help please?
