    Hi, Currently, the program works on: - Windows XP/Vista/7/8/8.1/10/11 - Works on macOS 10.5 and above - iPad version runs on iOS 6.0 or higher - Android version runs on 2.3.3 or higher
  2. Hi, In the Export settings window (Video Output Setup), you can modify the location in the "Save to Folder" section. Simply click on the current location to open a new window (Select Path), where you can easily update the desired location. Don't forget to click Save once you have made the necessary changes.
  3. @JohnBris Please make sure to follow the steps below in order to solve the situation presented with the program: 1. From VideoPad, select the Tools => Options => Disk tab > "Cache folder" section => copy the folder path. On our end is > C:\Users\NCH\AppData\Local\Temp\ 2. Paste the path on your Windows folder explorer, this will open the Cache contents. 3. Delete all files within this folder. 4. Close VideoPad and reopen it again. 5. Reload the file and let us know the outcome. Please let us know if there is anything else that we can assist you with.

The thing is that Mac and Windows are different platforms and different developers are working on the project. Having that in mind the versions and updates will vary from each other. So, to conclude, the Mac version is different from Windows but when it comes to features and ability it does not differ from Windows. It's simply the difference in releases.

Wenn ein System oder eine Software eine Hardware nicht liest, liegt das Problem höchstwahrscheinlich am Treiber, der zwischen der Hardware und dem System/der Software kommuniziert. P.S. When everything is done, install and register the software once again.

    Punch n Roll

    Hi, To access the Punch and Roll function, simply follow these steps: Options > Record > Punch and Roll Settings. To start punch and roll recording, select a region in the audio file and click "Punch" from the Recording Tab. The audio will start playing 3 seconds before the selected region and start recording. After the duration of the selected region, it will also play 3 seconds after the recording. The playback time can be configured in "Record Options" -> "Punch and Roll Settings". There are different record modes in Punch and Roll Recording (See Punch and Roll Settings). The "Auto" mode chooses between "Fixed" and "Flexible" smartly based on the type of audio we are recording over. The "Fixed" mode automatically stops based on the duration of the selected region. "Fixed" mode is recommended for music audio types. The "Flexible" mode continues recording from the selected region and stops until user decides to. "Flexible" mode is recommended for voice audio types like podcasts, etc.
