An MTS issue (which may not be what is causing your issue) was fixed in version 11.20, which has now been released. Give it a go. This is a 32-bit release for now, but a 64-bit should be along in time. Awaiting to see your project, as instructed above.

It's possible that the version you installed did not require those files. As noted, if a component is missing it normally will auto-install. What VP version is being used there? The latest as of this date is 11.20, linked above.

Whatever works! Usually, if a VP component is missing, it may be offered - or install automatically - as needed. A reinstall of the program may also succeed. In the ffmpeg23 folder here these files are listed...

An effect applies to the entire clip. If clip durations are different, then effect timing from keyframe to keyframe will be as well.

Set the A/R to Match Monitor If you are moving the text with the POSITION or MOTION effect, it sometimes helps to Show Dual Preview windows under OPTIONS | DISPLAY. Then, In the clip preview window at the left drag the text to the desired position as you view the sequence window. Or use the effect sliders.
