Hello, thank you for your reply. I have already imported the clips into video pad. they are MOV and I have already uploaded some into the video I am creating, and they work fine, but two so far just will not go into the video and show, although I get the sound, then the programme crashes. I have tried a few times and sometimes I have it and sometimes I don't. If it works then crashes, when I go back in ,it doesn't work. I will try uploading the latest release and see what happens. The wording of the terms of the latest release put me off a bit, but I will go head and try.

Hi, I keep having problems uploading film clips to the video. I get into the file to pick the clip for the video but it said uploading video but nothing happens, it seems to freeze, and I have to close using control alt delete. It is difficult to explain properly. Sometimes it goes in and I only get sound but no film. Anyone understand what I mean and know what to do?

Not happy with VP, every time I go to download my film clip as a video file it comes out with some images mixed up and music clips in the wrong places despite it being saved and run correctly before trying to upload it. I have paid for full version. I also am now getting, can't open ffmpeg23 file as it needs to be downloaded and run as administrator, I clicked on run as administrator but not sure how to download as admin, as nothing changed. I have spent many hours trying to make a 25 minute film (over and over and over again!) I also can't get it to create to DVD.

Yes tried that but it only saves as data files , despite clicking DVD Movie disc! I have been trying everything even resorting to managing to get a dvd file by using another programme but then had to convert it. I got it on to DVD but it wouldn't play. I can watch it on computer ok as a dvd but not on dvd player. I have spent HOURS trying to suss this out. I also find it very unstable when trying to add more images to the saved file, with them popping up not where I put them, and some images coming out sideways, so how do I turn those ones?

I haven't a clue how to download my finished video with audio to a dvd disc. I follow the instructions then am left hanging. Instructions very unclear. All I manage to do is to save the files on to a disc, not the video.
