  1. It is possible the financial institution you are trying to add does not longer support OFX connections, or does not longer support the program. You can contact NCH Technical Support team here:  https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

    You might also want to contact your financial institution and ask them if they support OFX connections and if they do you can ask them to confirm the information you need to add it to the program.

  2. You will need to split them manually, the batch option WavePad offers does not include a Split option, so you will need to do this manually one by one. You will need to place the cursor where you want to split and split the file, they should be saved as separate files.

  3. That sense code has this description:

    6 / 29 / 00      POWER ON, RESET, OR BUS DEVICE RESET OCCURRED, this means the drive is timing out. You might want to try and install latest drivers for the device or check the connections of the drive to your motherboard. But this seems to be a hardware issue not a software issue.
