  1. I would say the 3D view cannot be loaded correctly so it shows a grey screen. Since the project is still there try saving it and you will need to close out of the program and then open it back and load the save project again. If that does not work you might want to reinstall the program.

You may also want to contact NCH Tech team for assistance, just create a support tckt for them here:  https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

  2. That error can be caused by many other things not necessarily the installation of the program, I would suggest you get an IT guy or someone that can help you there so they can check your PC to figure out what caused this. If you are certain it is the program, try again starting your PC in safe mode and then uninstall the program. Then try to start it over again in normal mode and see if the issue persists if it does again I will suggest you get someone that can help you check the PC, if you are able to recover try installing again and if the same thing happens then it is very possible is the program and you might want to contact NCH tech team here:  https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

  3. It is not a bug, when ripping a CD the program will not include the disc information, to do this you will need to use the online server but do keep in mind the server is free so it doesn´t always find the information. Although, if the disc you are ripping is and original CD then it should find the information on the server. Are you using the latest version of the program?

You might also want to contact NCH Technical Support team and see if they can assist you. https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

  4. Can you share the settings you are choosing when going through the New Recording Wizard? There is a part where you can choose the Video Input, what option do you have there, since you are using S-Video or composite cable then choose the correct option and test again.

If that does not work you might want to contact NCH tech team for them to assist you. Contact them here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

  5. WavePad does not show the bit depth of the files you load, the only time you will be able to ¨SET¨ this is after you go through the ¨SAVING¨ process of the file, you will then be able to choose the bitrate of the file before saving but you will not see what was the original bitrate of that file.

You can check the bitrate of the file by right-clicking on the file before loading it into WavePad and going to ¨Properties¨ > ¨Details¨ tab, here scroll down the page to see the bitrate of the file.

  6. If you already contacted support you might want to wait for them to reply, they will reply that is for sure. In the meantime, have you tried removing the information you have and disabling the option and then enabling and entering the information again to see if that helps? If not you might want to consider creating a backup of your information and reinstalling the program and entering everything again to see if that helps.

  7. It could be protected or have certain restrictions on what you can do to the file. Also, to what are you converting? Maybe the program cannot handle the lines and characters on the PDF to convert it. You can share the file here so I can check it. Still if other files convert successfully then the issue is the file not the program. Have you tried to reach NCH tech team for support? You can do so here:  https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
