  1. I test it on my computer and it is working fine. I would recommend you to change your Windows sound settings. Right click on the Speakers icon (lower right corner, next to the time) > Open Sound Settings > scroll down > under Input, select Stereo Mix > go back to SoundTap > Options > under device, select Stereo Mix > click OK to save the changes. Restart SoundTap and try again. NCH Software formally takes suggestions or feedback about products through the form at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/

  2. What is your current version of MixPad and what version did you use to create the projects? Where did you save the project? When you save a project, MixPad creates a folder, make sure you do not delete, move nor rename the folder/files, otherwise, MixPad will not be able to find it.

  3. You need to install the version of the program that corresponds to the license you have. If you do not know the version, you may need to contact the support team: https://www.nch.com.au/support/

If you want to transfer the data from one computer to another, you need to back up the data on the old machine: click Tools > Backup Data... > select a backup option > click Backup. To restore on the new one: click Tools > Restore Data

  4. First, you may need to know that M4B is supported on the Windows version, if you are using Mac, that format will not work. If you are using Windows, the issue may be related to the size of that particular file. Although, Switch does not have a limitation about sizes, your computer may not be capable of that conversion. What are your computer specs? Do you get the same problem with smaller files? You may want to reinstall the program and confirm if the issue persists: https://www.nch.com.au/components/switchsetup.exe

  5. Do you get the problem with all the discs you burn? If you play the burnt DVD on your computer, do you still get the problem? What is the resolution of the screen you are using to watch the DVD? Remember that DVD's have an intrinsic resolution of 720×480 pixels (NTSC) and 720×540 pixels (PAL). Those pixels are either displayed in a 4:3 (standard) aspect ratio or a 16:9 (widescreen) aspect ratio. This is typically called 480p video. As you can see, 480p is a whole lot less than 1080p, so if you are using a high resolution screen, it may not look as good as you want. You may test your old version (5.10) and confirm if the issue persists: http://www.oldversiondownload.com/oldversions/photostage-5-10-2018-06-26.exe

  6. How did you upload the transactions? Did you import them from a CSV file? If so, that is the way to upload transactions. Are the duplicate transactions from one particular customer? The free and the paid version have the same features, so there should not be any difference when entering transactions. You may submit a support ticket, so the technicians can check that: https://www.nch.com.au/support/

  8. Make sure you have uninstalled the software correctly: https://www.nch.com.au/general/uninstall.html#AAA

Once done, uninstall Voxal, then delete 3 folders named "Voxal" and 1 named "Components" from these locations:

    **C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Voxal\
    **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Voxal\
    **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components
    **C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\Voxal\
**If you can't find any of the folders, just continue.

    After that, restart your computer

  9. Before adding the slides you want to use for your slideshow, I would recommend you to add a blank slide (it could be blank). Then, over the blank slide go to Effects > Image Overlay > adjust the Size, Margin and Alignment. Once done, add Text Overlay and adjust it depending on your needs.
