Si las voces están en el mismo canal, el programa no ofrece ninguna opción para separar voces. Se requeriría un conocimiento avanzado en ingeniería de sonido, para poder separar las frecuencias exactas de cada voz, y como podrá imaginar, no es un trabajo nada fácil de hacer y tampoco se puede garantizar que quede completamente bien.

Do you get the same problem with all the converted files you load onto Scribe or just some of them? What version of Switch and Scribe do you have? You may try to reinstall them and confirm if the issue persists. 

Before adding the slides you want to use for your slideshow, I would recommend you to add a blank slide (it could be blank). Then, over the blank slide go to Effects > Image Overlay > adjust the Size, Margin and Alignment. Once done, add Text Overlay and adjust it depending on your needs.
