    Please be informed that if you click on any column title, the list will be reordered. It may also occur if the Shuffle mode is activated. To enable/disable the Shuffle mode, you can do Ctrl+S.

    Please be informed that Debut does not have any options to modify the video speed. So what I can recommend you is to record using a different video format. You can try .avi or .mov to see if you get the same problem. In case the issue persists, click on Video Options and make sure that "Enable Time-lapse" is not checked. If it is, uncheck it and try to record again. You may also want to reinstall Debut to see if it makes any difference.

    They have been tested on the program, so they should work without issues. We cannot guarantee that gaming foot pedal will properly work on Express Scribe.

    Please be informed that when you use a foot pedal, the Middle pedal can be used to Play/Stop the recording but when using hotkeys, it is not possible to assign a single command to perform to different functions. You will need to use one for Play and another for Pause.

    Based on the settings you are using, your recording should have a good quality. If you are clicking on the Recordings option in Debut to view your recordings, you may try to view it using a different media player (Windows Media Player, VLC, etc) to see if the issue is related to the recorded video or to the preview window in Debut. You can also try to record using a different format .wmv, .mov, etc to confirm is the issue persists. In case you are still getting the same issue, I can recommend you to reinstall Debut.

    I have tested it with the formats provided above but I was unable to replicate the problem. The files were converted without issues and I was able to play the converted file in Windows Media Player. If you are converting to .mp3 I can recommend you to go to the encoder settings and use a higher bitrate. You can use 320 to see if it makes any difference. If the issue persists, you can try to reinstall the program.

    When you apply a refund in Express Invoice, it does not affect the inventory. As a workaround, what you need to do is to modify/delete the items in the invoice, so it would be reflected in Inventoria.

    If you are referring to changing text in the printed invoice, you can click on Options menu > select Invoice from the left menu > Text > Text tab > from the Heading column, you can find the text that needs to be modified and from the Text column, you can enter the new text.

    If you are referring to something else, please be more specific and explain in detail what you are trying to do.

    That message is normal when creating the slideshow. It may depend on the amount of image, video or audio files you are using to create it. You can confirm that by creating a slideshow with a few amount of pictures, it should not happen. 

    Have you tried to export the slideshow? After exporting it, your slideshow should look normal.

    Yes, you should be able to backup to a USB stick. To back up data, click the Tools menu and select Back Up Data. Select a method for backup depending on how you would like to access the data later on. You do not need internet connection to open or view your transactions in Money. You would only need internet access if you want to use the web access feature:

    MoneyLine can be used to retrieve transaction and balance data from your financial institution if they support OFX connections. Contact your bank and ask if they allow connections to their OFX server, or if you are only allowed to download OFX files through their website. If downloading through their site is your only option, you can import transactions from the File menu by selecting Import from OFX/QFX File. If you are able to connect to their OFX server, you will need to gather the following information:

    Financial Institution: Select the name of the financial institution with which the account should be associated. Alternatively, new financial institution information may be entered by using the Add

    Routing Number: Enter the routing number (or sort code, transit number, or BSB number) for your financial institution.

    Account Number: Enter the account number issued by the financial institution holding the account.

    User ID: Enter the user ID issued by the financial institution for accessing the account.

    Password: Enter the password associated with the above user ID.

    Does your camera has an input to capture audio? Some network cameras do not record sound. The sound capture can be done using the built-in computer microphone, if your system has one or with a desktop microphone. To select the microphone:
    *Select Options from the toolbar
    *On the Devices tab, select your microphone from the Audio section
    *Make sure that the checkbox next to Microphone is selected

    Unfortunately, Zulu has not the option to remove background music/noise. Instead, you may want to try installing WavePad which is a sound editor program. It lets you record and edit voice and other audio recordings. You can cut, copy and paste parts of recording and, if required, add effects like echo, amplification and noise reduction. You can install the trial version using this link: http://www.nch.com.au/components/wpsetup.exe

    You need to be aware that in WavePad you can remove frequencies but not specific sounds. For additional information, you can check out this link: http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/wavepad/win/equalizer.html

    Please be informed that your partner/staff should be able to update the information without issues. The web interface, or the web access feature, can be accessed online from any location, including any computer or mobile device with internet access. Using this feature is helpful for business that need to give multiple users access to the same data, or for businesses that need to update accounts and inventory, or invoice while on the road. You need to keep in mind that each person who has access to Express Accounts can be given a different level of User Privileges. The levels are:

    Administrator - has access to all businesses, can manage passwords for all users, can create and edit account and inventory data through the web interface, and can view reports.
    User - has access only to assigned businesses, can create and edit account and inventory data, and can view reports.
    Viewer - has access only to assigned businesses, can only view account and inventory data, and can view reports.

    First, go to Tools menu > Restore Default Layout. Then, in the Timeline mode, in the left side of the Video track, you should see a plus sign, so you can click on that to expand the track.

    When exporting from PDF to PNG, the max output resolution is 300dpi. Unfortunately, there is not way to increase that. If you use a different output format such as .jpeg you should be able to increase the output resolution up to 1200.
