  1. If you are referring to a payment that you received from one of your customers, you need to click View > Payments > Click on the payment you would like to reverse to highlight it > Click the Delete button on the toolbar > Click the Delete button to confirm the reversal.

    The instructions you provided are valid for payments that you make to your suppliers.

  2. Have you been able to burn other discs in the past without issues? Are you trying to copy an existing disc or trying to create a new Blu-ray disc? 

    In attempt to fix this issue, please try the steps below:

    Uninstall ExpressBurn, then delete 3 folders named "ExpressBurn" and 1 named "Components" from these locations:
    **C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\ExpressBurn\
    **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\ExpressBurn\
    **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components
    **C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\ExpressBurn\
    **If you can't find any of the folders, just continue. 

    After that, restart your computer and reinstall the program

    Once done, restart your system one more time and register the program using your current registration code.

  3. I just tested it on Windows 10 and it is showing the mouse radius. I would recommend you to change the radius size. Click Options > Record tab > for the Mouse Move Radius use a different size and confirm if the issue persists > click OK to save the changes.

  4. hello, I just tested it (version 4.01) Mac OS Catalina but I was unable to reproduce the issues you are reporting. Category and Sub Category change based on payee and last entry for that payee. When recording a transaction, I just hit Return key and it was recorded, I did not need to click OK to save the changes. I would recommend you to reinstall the program or install a the previous version of the program and confirm if the issue persists.   5. Not sure what decryption info you are referring to. The program does not offer any option to encrypt/decrypt invoices not data. Are you trying to add that information as a comment on the invoice?

  6. Apply Auto Duck: Use this feature to apply an auto duck effect to some tracks. MixPad detects the volume of control track and applies volume reduction to other tracks. It is helpful if you want to lower the music background track when a vocal track is the main focus and then raise the music background when the vocal track is silent. Suppose Track 1 is selected as a control track and the auto duck effect is applied to Track 2, Mixpad will detect the volume level of Track 1 and once that volume crosses over the threshold configured a dB reduction, a Fade-In and Fade-out will be applied to Track 2 automatically. When Track 1‘s volume is lower than the threshold, Track 2 will return to its original volume level.
    If you want to remove that effect from a particular track, click Menu > Track > Add Auto Duck > uncheck the tracks to remove the effect > click OK to save the changes

  7. You may try to reinstall the program and confirm if the issue persists. Are you using Windows or Mac? In case you are using Mac and download it from the AppStore, you may need to known there is a know issue related to files saved as mp3 format, so perhaps, that may be the case (only if you download it from the AppStore).

  8. MixPad currently features support for playback to ASIO, DirectSound and MME devices and recording from ASIO and MME devices.
    NCH recommends ASIO for both playback and recording. ASIO will provide the best performance and the lowest possible latency and offer the greatest accuracy when synchronizing recordings. ASIO will also allow you to play and record from multiple channels of the same device. If you don't have an ASIO capable sound card then you should choose DirectSound as your playback option and MME as your recording option.
    Another option is to install the driver from ASIO4ALL which provides a layer over the regular soundcard, allowing it to be used as an ASIO device by software such as MixPad. You can download it for free from http://www.asio4all.com/

  9. I'm using that version but I have been unable to reproduce the issue you are reporting. Perhaps, you can send a screenshot showing that problem, so it would be easier to find a solution. You may also try to reinstall the program

  10. if you try to play the burnt disc on your computer, do you get the same problem? are those 11 files mp3 files (the original files)? do you get the problem with all the discs you burn or just this one? In attempt to fix this issue, you can try the steps below:

  11. cuando dice que lo agraga, ¿se refiere a la línea de tiempo o cuando lo agrega el clip al programa (antes de ponerlo en la línea de tiempo)? ¿qué formato tienen esos clips? ¿ha agregado algún efecto o transición? lo que puede hacer es crear un proyecto completamente nuevo e intentar agregar esos clips para ver si hace alguna diferencia
