  1. What format are you using to record? Does it occur with other formats? Are you recording your screen, webcam or capture device? Do you get the problem when you playback the video in the Debut Recordings window or using a different media player? You may try to uninstall the program, restart your machine, reinstall it and then, restart one more time.

  2. Does it occur with all the files you export or just this particular one? What format did you use to export? Did you try to play it using a different media player? You may try to reinstall the program and confirm if the issue persists.

  4. In attempt to fix this issue, try the steps below:

    Uninstall Debut, then delete 3 folders named "Debut" and 1 named "Components" from these locations:
    **C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Debut\
    **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Debut\
    **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components
    **C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\Debut\
    **If you can't find any of the folders, just continue. 

    After that, restart your computer and reinstall the program using this link: https://www.nchsoftware.com/capture/debutpsetup.exe

    Once done, restart your system one more time and try again.

  5. There should not be a conflict between those two programs. Does it occur with all the Adobe Reader DC files or just some of them? When did the problem start? Javeyou recently changed/updated something on your machine. The latest version of Debut (5.52) was released yesterday, you may try to install it and confirm if the issue persists: http://www.oldversiondownload.com/oldversions/debut-5-52-2019-07-25.exe

    If you still have issues, I recommend you to submit a support ticket https://www.nch.com.au/support/

    **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Voxal\
    **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components
    **C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\Voxal\
    **If you can't find any of the folders, just continue. 

    After that, restart your computer and reinstall the program as administrator using this link: https://www.nchsoftware.com/voicechanger/vxlsetup.exe

    Once done, restart your system one more time and try again

  7. 1-Yes, open Disketch > Create new project > select CD and Case on Generic Paper > you will see tabs, click the one for "Standard CD case - Back".

    2-Unfortuantely, the program does not offer an option to center image or text as you have described.
