  1. You may need to uninstall from the old machine to release the license and then, you can install on the new computer. Keep in mind that you need to install the version of Debut that corresponds to the license you purchased. Here you can find all the versions NCH has released: http://www.oldversiondownload.com/ you need to find the one that works with your license. If you do not know what version to install, you can contact tech support: https://www.nch.com.au/support/

  2. Not sure what you mean by offline/online but you may want to know that the program offers the web access feature. This will make the main installation of Inventoria to act like a server, so other users can access the data over the internet from other devices. If you want to know how to set it up, you may want to watch this video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zmv2CdYVJz40

The license can be used on one single computer at a time. You should be able to transfer it to a different machine as long as it does not continue to run on the old one.

  3. Do you get the problem when exporting to other formats? In attempt to fix this issue, try the steps below:

Uninstall PhotoStage, then delete 3 folders named "PhotoStage" and 1 named "Components" from these locations:
    **C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\PhotoStage\
    **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\PhotoStage\
    **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components
    **C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\PhotoStage\
**If you can't find any of the folders, just continue.

After that, restart your computer and reinstall the program using this link: https://www.nchsoftware.com/slideshow/pstagesetup.exe

Once done, restart your system one more time and try again.

  4. By default, Express Invoice uses a customer account-based payment. The payment is applied to invoices in the order that they were created. To apply a payment to a specific invoice, follow these steps:

Click the Payment button on the toolbar
Enter the Date, Customer, Amount, Method and Reference number
In the Applied column of the invoice list, enter the payment next to the correct invoice
Press Tab or Enter to save your change
    Click the Record button

I would recommend you to use the Recalculate Customer Balance option. To do that, click on View menu > Customers > select (highlight) the customer from the Customer window > go the Customer menu > Recalculate Customer Balance > confirm you want to Recalculate.

  5. The free version is available for use by small businesses with less than five employees, the basic version does not have that limit.

The program will not track credit card fees charged by your card provider and it does not offer any option to do it. You may want to check out the payment methods the program offers: http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/expressaccounts/win/payaccount.html

If you want to transfer money from PayPal to your bank account, you may need to create an account using Chart of Accounts and enter the transaction manually.

It will track the payments your customers make and you should be able to see their balances to confirm if they have paid or not.

For the last question, what you could do is this: create a separate invoice when you charge the $150, then void it and create a credit not or process it as a refund.

Here is the link to access the help manual to learn how to use the program and what it offes: http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/expressaccounts/win/index.html

  6. You need to make sure you have selected the correct device to record. Click Options > Audio tab > Check the Microphone option > select from the dropdown menu the mic you want to use > click OK to Save the changes.

  7. Please be informed that if the program detects pauses or if there is no audio for a few seconds, it will stop automatically and as soon as the audio stream starts again, the recording will start automatically but it will create a new file after the pause. That is the way the program works and there is not any option to change that. NCH Software formally takes suggestions or feedback about products through the form at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/

  8. If you need to export a single track, you need to "Join" all the clips in that track. You just need to click an hold the Ctrl key and click the title bar for each clip you want to join. Once you have selected the clips, from the Editing menu, select Join. If you still have issues, you may try to join a few clips 3-5 and confirm if it works.

  9. If you want to burn a copy of the installation file, please go to this location using File Explorer C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\ExpressBurn and copy the executable file (.exe). You should be able to load that file in Express Burn and burn it.

  10. What folder are you using to save the recordings? Do you have permission to modify that folder? I would recommend you to select a different destination folder. Click Options (Preferences for Mac) > under Recordings sections > click the "..." button > find a different folder (Desktop, Docoments, Music, etc) > click Select Folder > OK to save the changes. In case you still have issues, you may want to reinstall the program. Before reinstalling the program, I recommend you to save your previous recordings to avoid losing your information during the process.

  11. Debut: Not sure what version you are using but your background doesn't necessarily need to be colored green to have this effect working. When you open the Green Screen window, you can select the color of your background and also the threshold to have the flexibility to extend the range of the color you are replacing.

WavePad: The appearance of the program cannot be modified. If you do not like the current version, you may go back and install your previous version. You can search for your previous version here: http://www.oldversiondownload.com/

  12. Sadly, the program does not offer any option to move objects an exact distance. You may need to move the wall manually. Using the selecting tool (hand tool), click the wall and drag it to the position you want. NCH Software formally takes suggestions or feedback about products through the form at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/

  13. You may want to know the differences among the different versions: The "Plus" registration gives you unrestricted use of DreamPlan anywhere, including commercial use. The "Home" registration includes all DreamPlan features, but is for home use only. The "free" version of DreamPlan home design software is available for non-commercial use. Conclusion: features are basically the same, so if you do not see an option in the free version, it will not be available in the paid versions.

  14. Where did you save the project? If you have save it to an external drive, it needs to be connected to the computer, otherwise, the program will not find the files you used to created. You may also want to make sure you do not delete, move or rename the files you used. What version of MixPad did you use to create it? Is it the same you are currently using? You can submit a support ticket for further assistance: https://www.nch.com.au/support/
