It's possible that Windows Explorer automatically sorted your files (right-click> Sort). You may also check Options> Naming> and make sure to select what you needed there.

It seems that DAV files are encrypted. Also, it is not supported by the program. Here's a list of the formats currently supported: https://www.nchsoftware.com/prism/kb/1217.html

The program will prompt you to update to a newer version (optional) if available otherwise, you are either on the latest version. You may also manually update the program via Help.

If you are referring to the demo version available on the website currently, it's the same as Plus, main difference is without expiration and can be used commercially.

The program should be able to record longer than that. You may need to share a little more about the issue you are facing there so we can better advise.

Metadata can be managed using a different program prior to burning/loading them into ExpressBurn but you can save your projects following this link http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/expressburn/win/projectfiles.html

You could try to reinstall the program and see if that makes any changes but I'd suggest sending a support ticket for this one along with your setup: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html

You would need an audio editor for that such as WavePad and even then, there may be no direct way.

As previously advised, feature isn't available yet but to print all pages, select File->Print, or select the Print toolbar item, or use the shortcut key combination Ctrl+P. All notation will be printed, on-screen widgets and coloring will not.

Sorry to inform you but without any backups, all data is lost and the settings will be on default as of a fresh install.
