Have you made any changes with the MP4/MPG encoder settings during export (just beside the format dropdown on the export wizard) and does this low volume occur when played using other media players/devices? You could test that if you haven't yet just to make sure it's indeed the file that's problematic. Reinstalling the program is also an option.

    Text Shadow

    Hi, you'd basically add your text first and while the text layer is active, go to Effects tab and click on DropShadow. This creates the Drop Shadow layer from the left panel and you can adjust that as needed. Ref to that is here: http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/drawpad/win/shadow.html
  3. Not at all, time it takes for support to respond would depend on the volume of tickets which shouldn't be that bad. The Silver Tech Support only gives higher priority but all NCH programs are supported for free via the link posted

  12. Hi, you can access the chart of accounts under View> Chart of Accounts > look for the account from the list and double-click on it or select it and click the edit icon. You can also delete the account and add it again with the correct balance or create an entirely new business under File/MENU> Multiple Business. The setup wizard will then become available.

  16. Hi, you should be able to add more texts than that. You could try exporting your collage as an image first and then reload said image and add your texts again.   18. Late but just an fyi, the program is free atm and if premium becomes available, there'd be a notice in the program itself. The same goes for all NCH products.

  20. Hi, it's possible that it's set as your default program for the files in question (jpg, images in general). What you need to do is set that to something else instead: Right click on one of the files, select Open With> Choose the program as needed (Windows Image viewer), check the box to use as default and that should take care of it.
