  9. Sorry, but that isn't available in the program yet. I did send this as a suggestion and hopefully, be considered as an addition to future releases .

  15. Hi there, does the program still say Licensed at the top after the update? We'd recommend reinstallation but for licensing purposes, please send us a support ticket here.

    You might want to tell us more about the issue there such as the exact effects, devices, settings, etc being used. And is this only happening to one person? It could be an issue on her end but do clarify.

  23. Which file format are you trying to load into the program? As long as the format of the file is supported, the program should be able to edit/export the file into multiple available output formats.
