    Very Slow

    One can do a complete reinstall of the program for such cases. - uninstall the program completely then reboot your machine. Once done, reinstall the program from the website (https://www.nchsoftware.com/imageconverter/pixpsetup.exe)

  3. Switch Sound Converter (https://www.nch.com.au/components/switchsetup.exe) does give you the option to set your Bit rate and encoding mode so you may want to give that a try. The demo version is free for 14 days

  5. This sounds like Windows Explorer settings but have you Files in Pixillion again> right-click anywhere in the window> 'Group by none' and see if that fixes it?
  6. Conversions regardless of which program is being used is a very calculation intensive. It would usually consume all CPU resources available during the process unless controlled but sadly, Switch doesn't have the feature to control hardware usage.

    File saving

    If you are meaning to save/export your work, you only need to click on the SAVE icon under HOME and select the file format needed under the drop down on the new window. From there, you may also select the exact location/folder of where to save it to. Additional reference to that is here
  9. You may want to try and clear the cache by going to WavePad Options> Audio> Clear Cache Retention but if the issue remains, you may send a support ticket here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html? You may want to include screenshots showing the error messages too.

    Naming a layer

    You may change the layer name by double clicking on the default name. If applicable depending on the layer, it should allow you to edit it.

  12. Is it the same case when trying to record from other sources such as web browsers, programs (Spotify), etc.? If after reinstalling the program + reconnecting your audio devices doesn't make any difference, please send a support ticket here along with your operating system/hardware being used in recording.
  13. Depending on your hardware, you may go to WavePad Options> Recording> Input then Master Volume from the dropdown.
  14. The audio inside the m4a file may be encoded in a variety of different ways. If WavePad will not open your m4a file, it means that WavePad does not support the internal format of the file but you may want to contact Technical Support team here for further assistance.

  18. Hi there, On the right side of the program (usually at the bottom) when creating a new project is where you can find the 'Layout Label Properties' with the plus icon to open it's options.
