  4. Hi, It may be best to contact Google directly to see if it's possible (and how ) to set Google Drive as a 'server' first. As far as I've checked, third party programs may be required. Will update this reply if I find a way.
  5. You can try to enhance the voice in the audio using an editor such as WavePad or Audacity but would still depend on the actual file.

  7. Hi, to rename/edit a custom voice, click and highlight the voice, click on MENU/File > Rename voice will appear.
  8. The program isn't specifically designed for server environments but should work as it normally would on a regular Windows OS. The web access feature of it can't be altered as well unfortunately.   10. Hello, the program have had no updates since 2018 but please submit your suggestion here: https://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/ for the time being, you could try flash player alternatives such as Lightspark and the like but configuration may be tricky and not a guarantee to get BroadWave going.

  13. Hi, the program can only use one template at a time and that will affect in all transactions within the company (in the program). It doesn't have a custom template per customer. NCH Software is always interested in improving our existing programs and developing new programs.   15. Hi, are these local computers that's disconnecting or remote? You may want to check the servers connectivity, it's possible that it was going offline when other devices are disconnecting. And does the same issue occur when accessing the web via the host itself?   22. Hi, Debut is able to record anything that plays/displays on your pc/screen (or as long as the device is detected by your system and is available/compatible under Debut sources).
