  1. I do off-site tracking for a radio station. Back in the day, when recording liners, there was a way to add a SEC tone which would trigger the next event on the log. I am looking to add this tone to my tracking so I can talk over the intros of songs. Does anyone know what that SEC tone is and how can I add it to my tracking? Thanks and God bless.
  2. Thanks for replying. What I’m looking to do is add the actual tone, probably by using mix pad. I also have the tone generator program. I’m just not sure what frequency the SEC tone is.
  3. I use Wave Pad to edit my voice tracking for a local radio station. Is there a way to add a SEC tone to my track? A SEC tone is an inaudible tone that cues the computer to start the next event. Putting a SEC tone in will allow me to speak over the intro of a song. Thanks in advance. Kris L Ohio
  4. I am recording into Mix Pad using a condenser mic and a PreSonus 96USB interface. Since I am only using one channel into the interface (mic), I am getting only mono playback. Is there a way to convert the track to stereo for playback?
