Si lo que necesitas es encontrar el archivo para poder volver a reinstalar el programa puedes buscarlo en C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Express Account En este folder vas a encontrar el .exe file que necesitas para reinstalar. Ahora si lo que necesitas es hacer un backup de los archivos que tienes en Express Account, lo que debes de hacer es seleccionar Cuentas/Hacer copia de seguridad de datos/crea una carpeta en Red/ salvar la information en la carpeta creada o seleccionada/ esto va generar la carpeta con la información de las cuentas. Para volver a obtener esta información, solo debes seleccionar Cuentas/Restaurar datos.

  16. Puedes hacer la copia de los archivos y así tener el .exe, para poder reinstalar el program a un nuevo ordenador. Usualmente vas a encontrar el folder de respaldo en tu ordenador: C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\(Folder del programa que buscas) Nada mas debes de salvar el folder y en el nuevo ordenador correr el archivo .exe y se volverá a instalar. If the frame rate is 5.64 as you mentioned, Debut is going to recognize it, on the Encoder try to use the H264 and change the Bitrate for a better quality. In this case using better Frame Rate you would have better image, remember that usually the basic is 24FPS, getting better FPS the image is going to be better and not choppy. Verify this information with the original video, also try to change the Encoder Format that you are using so you will get better results.
