  1. Try doing a clean install and delete all the cache of the program: C:\ProgramData\NCH Software C:\Users\(Your computer profile)\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\ If you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders with the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files. After deleting the folder, restart your computer. That should do it. Please try it again after that and see if that fixes the issue.
  2. Since you upgrade to Catalina OS this operation system only works with 64 bits you would need to upgrade the license to this version. If you would like to upgrade your license, you can do it from here: https://www.nch.com.au/upgrade/ Right now, many of the programs are now compatible with Catalina. A list of compatible programs is available at https://www.nchsoftware.com/download/catalina_compatibility.html and we'll be releasing compatible versions of the remaining programs.
  3. About the invoice information, if you haven't created a backup data folder before and you don't have any folder with information, after reinstalling the program would no information to restore. Now Express Invoice stores data in the following locations: Windows 2000/XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\NCH Software\Express Invoice Windows Vista/7/8: C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\Express Invoice This location has not changed from the previous version of Express Invoice. If you can find where the old files are located (the data is a bunch of folders containing .dat files), merely copying them into the current Express Invoice save folder should do the trick. This would be the only option to recover the information, copy this folder and the previous information should appear. if you still getting issues, send this information to the Technical Team: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html?software=ExpressInvoice
  4. In this case would be better if you send the information to the Technical Team, so they can check the situation, provide the backup data,, you can send the information here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html?software=ExpressInvoice

That would be appear at the moment that you install the program, but in this case would be better if you send the request to the technical Team https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html?software=ExpressInvoice&support
  6. The option that you can use to manage the information of the invoice, you can get it from Options/Invoice There you would have several options to chck about what you would like to show on your invoice, that would be the only option.
  7. There could be several options, in this case check the original size of the images that you are using. The format and the resolution when you export it. Would be better if you export the project to your computer first and then upload it to the social media. The best for this case would be share the portable project to the Technical Team, so they can replicate the issue: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html?software=PhotoStage
  8. The option to add an transaction is very easy, in this case you need to generate an Account if you don't have one yet, in this account you select the option for the Debit and add the information. The same if you just need to add the transaction, just select the account to apply it. You can also check the tutorial section from here: https://www.nchsoftware.com/personalfinance/tutorial.html
  9. The program would allow you to convert the files, but also would change the size of the files. Now if you need to add Metadata is better to use a different program like Stamp ID3 https://www.nch.com.au/tageditor/index.html
  10. Unfortunately the program doesn't have the option and the feature to do this. NCH Software formally takes suggestions or feedback about our products through the form at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/
  11. In this case you can select the Audio section, then you can apply an effect like Clean Up/Noise Reduction. In this case the Program would allow you to modify the recording, but you would need to test several effects to remove this. There is no direct tool to remove the back noise You can check the tutorial section here: https://www.nch.com.au/wavepad/tutorial.html
  12. 1. I don't know how to see my checking account balanced transactions other than by trying a reconciliation and then aborting it before the actual reconciliation. How do I do this? It is necessary for finding problems in my books. UNfortunately the program doesn't have a feature that allow you to show this complete amount, In this case the options that you are doing would be the only one to check this. NCH Software formally takes suggestions or feedback about our products through the form at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/ 2. I was using the approach of attempted reconciliation and then aborting it when I hit the "continue" button by accident. How can I undo a reconciliation? For this you can use Rollback to Previous. This button allows you to undo the last reconcile for the selected account. You may want to rollback if you have done a reconciliation by mistake or you have received more transactions that should have been included in the last reconcile. Please note that this button will only be enabled when there is a valid reconciliation to rollback to and you will only be able to go back at most one reconciliation. This is on the reconciliation option.
  13. The program itself doesn't have the option to show the loan In this case that to get this you would need to generate a customer and there apply the loans or payments that you are receiving.
  14. Once that you save the project this is not going to show you the delete part. in this case you woudl needto load the original Audio File, but make sure that you no overwrite the project.
  15. Unfortunately, there is no option to change this, this feature would be set as default with the options that you get. NCH Software formally takes suggestions or feedback about our products through the form at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/
  16. Unfortunately the program would no provide you that feature, so you can create a wall, but the same wall, cannot be selected again to be used on a different part of the design. NCH Software formally takes suggestions or feedback about our products through the form at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/
  17. If you try with a different Microphone do you get the same result, Make sure that you have installed the latest drivers. Check again the setup on Debut program, if you still getting issues would be better if you send the request to the technical Team: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html?software=Debut
  18. Check the recording device directly on your machine, make sure that you have active the Mic. Go to your Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Sound, then select the recording Tab , select the device, then select Properties, select the Listen Tab, and check the box listen from this device. Check again the setup on Debut program, if you still getting issues would be better if you send the request to the technical Team: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html?software=Debut
  19. It's not working even if you use a different Media Player? Try to use another program to play the recording, and also use Videopad to cut the video. VideoPad is available at https://www.nchsoftware.com/videopad/vppsetup.exe If you still getting problems please send the files to the Technical Team, you can do the request here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html?software=VideoPad

In this case make sure that you are using the correct device, go to your Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Sound then select the recording device that you are using, the external mic or the internal one. On WavePad select Options then the Recording tab, make sure that you are using the same device,. On the right down corner, you would found the sound mixer that would help you too. If you still getting issues, please send the information to the Tecnical Team here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html?software=WavePad
  21. Check the information changing the audio stream for the recording remember that SoundTap complies with Microsoft's DRM signed driver model and will not record streams if a DRM player is used and if the stream is marked as DRM copy-protected. Play first the audio stream and then open the program, the sound bar would be showing sound levels, then just clcik on Record. For the stop, if you have a silence gap the program would stop automatically, so you would need to start over again the recording.
  22. In this case you would need to change the price for the items, so if you have several items but all are differents, you would need to do the change for each of them . But if you have same product many items, just changing 1 price, would change the rest of them .
  23. In this case to change the currency, you need to select Tools/Regional/Currency, there you would have the options to search for the options and the coin values. When you ask how add columns you mean by adding more details, usually you would have the option to add more comments or details of the invoice , just select Options/Invoice/ then select Custom Fields.
  24. In this case you just can add again the same file but using a different name. The other option would be to use the Surround Sound, where you can select and add speakers for the sound, If you still getting issues would be better to send the request of help to the Technical Support: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html?software=WavePad
  25. In this case, go to the folder location below on your computer then delete the Express Rip folders: C:\ProgramData\NCH Software C:\Users\(Your computer profile)\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Express Rip If you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders with the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files. Once that you have done with this, try to restart the computer and check again.
