  1. No can do at the present time, but that feature has been requested. Put in your bid here . Include a link to the graphic. The way to handle it now is to split a clip and apply a different speed to each section. Speed_change.mp4
  2. Apparently export was successful after right-clicking the VP launch file/Run As Administrator. If you want to make that choice permanent, so it doesn't have to be chosen manually each time, right-click the launch file again, click on the PROPERTIES item, then the COMPATIBILITY tab and check the Run As Administrator box. As for slow processing in preview mode (not export), did you install the latest 64-bit release? You definitely should not be waiting 3-4 hours. When files are loaded into the bin (top-left) they may show a % value. Let that complete. Then add the clips to the timeline for editing. If a "processing" message appears in the preview window or playback is jerky, it may take a few minutes before clips fully cache. After making changes to those in the timeline, such as adding a clip, effect or a transition, there can be a brief pause prior to smooth playback. The best way to analyze a project is to share it here (or in private). Take a few minutes to follow these four steps and someone will take a look... Back up --- With your project on the timeline, click on MENU at the top-left. Click FILE|BACK UP PROJECT FILES TO FOLDER. Choose a folder and SELECT FOLDER. Upload --- Use a free server - Google Drive, MS OneDrive, etc.* - to upload the saved, numbered FOLDER. Do NOT upload the individual VPJ or export file. Get link --- Get a public link. If using Google Drive click GET SHAREABLE LINK. If necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with the link can view" Share --- Click COPY LINK | DONE. Paste that link here, or click the folder at the top-right of this forum to message it privately to me. It won't be shared. * Before uploading, right-click the folder, click PROPERTIES. Look at the File Size to confirm that it's not too big for the free space on the server. AND always remember to do this... Save Project File AS routinely, giving it a unique # or name, so as not to overwrite prior saves. Using Save Project Files (no AS) will overwrite. From the HOME tab, that choice is available by clicking the caret to the right of the Save Project button on the toolbar.
  3. Take Dangerfreak's advice and install the latest version. If that doesn't solve the issue, close the program, then right-click on the launch file and choose RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR. If this takes care of the problem, again right-click the file and click PROPERTIES | COMPATIBILITY tab. Check the box...
  4. Either way here. But ... whatever works for you.😊 There are occasions when order makes a difference.
  5. Dredged up a 360 video here and exported it as a video file by clicking on on the export toolbar. The video looked fine in the GoPro player, and could be zoomed. Same result on YouTube when using VP-to-YT-direct or feeding the video file to their uploader - but no zoom. Either way, the :40 clip took only minutes to process.
  6. That's helpful, but more so would be to upload an original video excerpt, as you did in your 2022 thread - for analysis and experimentation.
  7. Please again share a link to an original film in 360vr, so others can experiment with it.
  8. Test 13.39. It's beta, so the usual caveats apply. Retain your old installer and registration info.
  9. Version 13.39. It's beta.
  10. The Intel is built into the motherboard. There may be a setting in the BIOS to switch between it and the AMD card but perhaps that's the same as making the Intel choice in Videopad? Thanks for testing. The issue has been reported.
  11. That hints at a conflict with the AMD card. If there's a choice to use Intel Graphics under OPTIONS | ADVANCED give that a go as well. Having GPU enabled can speed things up. Glad it worked out.
  12. As suggested earlier, if no change, choose None (CPU Only) in the OPTIONS | ADVANCED | GPU processor setting. Report whether that solves it.
  13. There's likely no need for that UHD resolution, which will slow things down. Set it to 1920x1080 and see how it turns out.
  14. What's the length of this project and what is the resolution, format and creation source (camera?) of the bulk of the source files? What are the export settings?
  15. After starting Videopad, but before loading the project, click on OPTIONS | DISK tab and Clear Unused Cache Files. If that doesn't help... Go into OPTIONS | ADVANCED | GPU Video Processor area at the bottom and click the caret to expand the choices. Click on None(CPU only) and restart the program. Any change?
  16. Using the current release, adding ripple, then a 50% transparency to the woman, unable to replicate your issue here. The tulips are on track 1. Untitled.mp4
  17. Thanks for sharing. This video isn't precisely the same as the one you linked initially, as it's missing an opening effect. Exported with 13.37 @1080 defaults there are no glitches - only a few one-frame black holes and a flash frame. As to why you are having issues, can't say. Install this release and try export again.
  18. What's the video card/adapter being used? What are the export settings? Take a few minutes and share the project - either here or in private. That's the best way to track down issues. Just follow these four steps... Back up --- With your project on the timeline, click on MENU at the top-left. Click FILE|BACK UP PROJECT FILES TO FOLDER. Choose a folder and SELECT FOLDER. 19. What are the PCs specs: GPU/CPU/RAM? What are the export settings? Try this... Open OPTIONS | ADVANCED tab and in the GPU area at the bottom click the caret and choose None (CPU Only). Report back.
  20. The build # at the beta site often doesn't correspond to the downloadable release. Right-click the file, then click PROPERTIES | DETAILS tab to view the version #...
  21. Current release, on the main page.
  22. Does it hang at the same spot each time? What's the video adapter/card? Open OPTIONS | ADVANCED. In the GPU section at the bottom click the caret and choose None (CPU only). Any change? If not, let's take a look at the project. The process is easy, quick and can be done privately. Just follow these steps... 23. If the Videopad Windows volume slider is full, as well as the individual VP track sliders ... then this isn't likely a Videopad problem. It's assumed that no tracks or clips are muted. If so, the speaker icon will have a red slash. Do you hear Videopad playback through the speakers, but not in the headphones? If neither, reinstall, using this release.
  24. Specifically, what doesn't work like you want it to in the newer releases? Old versions are available here. Ignore any virus warnings. 6.10 is very old, and much has changed since then.
  25. If Videopad volume controls, at the left of each track, are at maximum, this may be caused by a PC setting. In the Windows search field type "Volume Mixer." The result should look something like this (in Windows 11).
