  1. Right-click the master bin clip, then click Copy or <ctrl-C>.

Right-click an empty space in the bin and click Paste (Clip) or <ctrl-V> as many times as desired.

Each clip can be trimmed independently with the Set Start and Set End buttons under the preview window.  Then drop them to the timeline.

Or a clip on the timeline can be trimmed, then dragged to the bin.  That moves it from the timeline to the bin, with an incremented # -  such as (1).

  2. Exported video can't be switched 'live' between clips, but a project can be built with switches between clips.   Here's one way...

Stack the views on different tracks, then click the Multicam button, under the preview window.  In the Multicam window all tracks are shown.

Check only the box of the track to be used at the specific cursor location.  Then click Add Switch.  An image.png appears above the clips.

Now move the cursor to the right to where the next view is to be seen, uncheck the prior track box and check a new one, and so on.

Transition effects can be added as well by clicking an image.png .  Scenes that are 'live' are highlighted on the timeline;  others are dimmed.

Double-click this video to enlarge it.

  3. Share the project that looks rasterized, and someone will check it out.  Takes just minutes, is not difficult.  Just follow these steps...

    •     Back up --- With your project on the timeline, click on MENU at the top-left.  Click FILE|BACK UP PROJECT FILES TO FOLDER.  Choose a folder and SELECT FOLDER.
    •     Upload ---  Use a free server - Google Drive, MS OneDrive, etc.* - to upload the saved, numbered FOLDER.    Do NOT upload the individual VPJ or export file.
    •     Get link --- Get a public link.  Right-click the file and click SHARE. When using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with the link can view"
    •     Share ---     Click COPY LINK | DONE.  Paste that link here, or click the folder at the top-right of this forum to message it privately to me.  It won't be shared.

              *    Before uploading, right-click the folder, click PROPERTIES.  Look at the File Size to confirm that it's not too big for the free space on the server.

  5.                                    Checked your file in both 10.21 and 13.77.  Looks just like the original when exported at the default settings.

Videopad was launched, then ADD FILE(s) was used to import the photo.

  8. Open this link.

Download the folder to your PC by clicking the arrow at the top-right or the DOWNLOAD button.

UNzip the folder.  In Windows machines, right-click the folder and Extract All.  It should go to the same folder as the zip file.

Double-click the unzipped folder and you will see two files - your video and the VPJ.

Double-click the VPJ to load it into Videopad.

Export it at the default settings.

    What do you get?

If it's not the same as what was seen in YouTube then you may have either changed the aspect ratio of the file or enabled an effect.

Click the FX button on the clip.  image.png There should be no effect programmed.

  9. That's only the VPJ file.  Follow the instructions above step-by-step to upload the back-up folder.  It will contain the VPJ + all the source files.

And don't forget to make the link public.  Right-click the file, click SHARE and change it from "restricted."

We'll compare the preview - how you want it - with the export.

  10. Check your export resolution settings;  the suggested one isn't always optimal.

  11. Try this beta release.

If files are large or very hi-def it can take time to complete audio processing.  Under the audio tab the progress is often shown.

  12. Version 10.22 is quite dated.  Try the current release.  While it won't be licensed, it will fully function during a short trial period.

  13. There can be a number of causes.  What version of VP is being used?  Look at the left-bottom of the window.

You can also test the current releaseFor licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date.  After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest.  Retain your old install file and registration info.
