  1. Hi Lexx, You should be able to zoom by using the standard tablet pinch gesture. Is this not working for you? Regards, Ben
  2. Hi Mr Bubbles, In addition to the suggestions from Telephony, can you make sure that you have started Voxal *before* you start Teamspeak? If you continue to have troubles please let me know and I'll investigate further. Regards, Ben
  3. Hi all, A quick update. An as yet unknown bug in OSX El Capitan is causing us some headaches, but it is being worked on as we speak. We'll get a fix out ASAP! Regards, Ben
  4. Hi Swalker, Before we get on to ways of decreasing the volume of the drums, it might be worth revisiting how the track sounds on the original CD. When you play the CD do the drums sound loud then as well? If so, then obviously the original recording is to blame and you can skip ahead to see my suggestions on how to reduce them. If not, then what options did you specify when you ripped the CD? If you ripped to mp3 or some other compressed format then perhaps try increasing the quality and see if that helps. Assuming the drums sound too loud on the CD, then there are a couple of things you could try to reduce them. There are no hard and fast rules here, you will need to experiment with things until you get a satisfactory result, and you may never get exactly what you're looking for. First of all, try and compress the dynamic range of the track. Effectively this means that you are trying to lower the volume of the loudest parts while leaving the rest unaffected. You can find WavePad's compressor under the 'Levels' tab. The exact settings you will need to use will depend very much on the track, so I can't really give you any detailed advice here other than to say that if you click on the help button on the compressor dialog you will get some instructions on how to use each slider. Another thing which may help is to use the equalizer to help reduce the parts of the frequency spectrum where the offending drums are residing. You can find the equalizer on the 'Levels' tab right next to the compressor. Right at the end when you have everything as good as you can get, you may like to also normalize the file to bring the overall volume back up. If none of this works then if you'd like I can take a look at the file for you and see if I can do something. Just cut out a small section of the file and upload it to a dropbox account and send me a private message with the link. Regards, Ben
  5. Hi Morten, If you look under the 'Levels' tab in WavePad, you will find the Equalizer button. The equalizer can be used in visual, graphic and parametric configurations. The graphic and parametric options allow you to specify how many bands you would like to use. Regards, Ben
  6. Hi Guys, We have several people looking into this now and we'll get a fix out ASAP. Regards, Ben

Hi guys, I will make sure that this feature is discussed for the next release. If there are no major technical issues, then I see no reason why we can't have it added - I think it's a good idea. Regards, Ben
  9. Hi PhillyRider, I will have one of our Mac guys look into this and get back to you ASAP. Regards, Ben
  10. Hi Mimma, I have just checked the latest version of WavePad and I am not having any trouble running the automatic beat detection process. Which version of WavePad are you using? Also, what kind of audio are you trying to process? If the track does not contain a strong beat, then WavePad may conclude that there is no regular beat in the track and deliver you the message you are seeing. Regards, Ben
  11. Hi macerg, Those red lines indicate that your wave file has clipped at those points. In other words the recording has exceeded the 0dB reference level and the samples shown as a red line have been limited to the maximum value possible. Depending on how severe the clipping is, you may not be able to notice the effect at all. If the recording was only slightly too loud then the clipping will have only a minor effect. Regards, Ben
  12. Hi Lexxorcist, I've got someone looking into this right now for you. He'll get back to you shortly. Regards, Ben
  13. Hi HJKenobi, It appears that there is a bug in the autoplay if you start autoplaying while both decks are loaded. In this case, the currently loaded tracks will be repeated once and the rest of the playlist should resume. If you start autoplay with no tracks loaded then it should function as expected. The bug has now been fixed and a new version will be released shortly. Regards, Ben
  14. Hi Spassimir, Crescendo does not yet support multiple voices on one stave. However, it is right on the top of the list of features we are currently adding to the next version. Regards, Ben
  15. Hi HJKenobi, I've got someone looking into this now. So far, we have not been able to reproduce the problem at our end. How many songs are in the playlist you are trying to auto-play? Regards, Ben
  16. Hi hypantist, Check your PMs - I've just replied. Regards, Ben
  17. Hi Visage, The latest version is 3.91, but 3.88 is very recent. I was asking in case you were using a very old version which may have contained a known bug. Regards, Ben
  18. Thanks for the detailed info, Stalin828. I'll look into this to see if I can reproduce the issue. Regards, Ben
  19. Hello, I can confirm that those icons are not part of the Voxal installation. They must have been installed by another product. Do you remember where you downloaded the Voxal installer from? Was it directly from the NCH website, or from a 3rd party website? Regards, Ben
  20. Hi wfh, Glad to hear you are finding Crescendo effective. I actually quite like your idea about locking notes and measures once they are in place. I will bring it up with the dev team as a suggestion. Regards, Ben
  21. Hi Bronx68, If you right click your mouse over the time signature you should get a menu with different time signature options. Regards, Ben
  22. Hi Visage, When you move files around you need to make sure that the MixPad project file (YourSong.mpdp) and its corresponding data folder (YourSong.mpdp.ProjectData) are moved to their new locations together. Could I also just ask which version of MixPad you are using? Regards, Ben
  23. Hi Vaughan, I am sending you a PM with details on a refund Regards, Ben
