  1. In this case, please send us a support ticket here so we can better resolve this https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html
  2. Mind confirming the error message you were getting? You can also check the list of supported formats here: https://www.nch.com.au/switch/kb/1405.html
  3. By default, it does affect everything else, pitch especially. You'd need to tone down any other effects to counter this after speed up
  4. What errors are you getting exactly? If you could confirm the exact steps and settings used to arrive to the issue, please do so we can better advise. You can also send a support ticket for this here https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html
  5. I'd say it would depend on the recovery software and how the computer was operating after the file got deleted (updates, cleaning, defrags, and the like). You can try Recuva by Piriform, I think it's free.
  6. I'm not sure but I think deleting it from Debut replicates Windows Explorer's SHIFT + DELETE operation. This bypasses the recycle bin and the file just disappears, probably replaced with free space by the system
  7. It would be deleted as a video file, .avi by default. It bypasses the recycle bin when deleted via Debut so it seems, I've added a suggestion for improvement on this to our developers. It'd be more useful if it can go to the Recycle Bin first.
  8. Do you mean the Debut> Recordings Window? Did you make sure to include the default path C:\Users\"profile"\Videos\Debut when running the scan? The file may be lost now and is beyond recovery, unfortunately.
  9. You need to contact support for this via this link https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html
  10. @superfoodsgal You can try recovery software after checking the Recycle Bin. The recordings by default are located at C:\Users\"profile"\Videos\Debut unless changed or exported elsewhere. As long as it's a finished video recording, it'd go to the bin after deleting just like any other file in Windows Explorer.
  11. @perk1329 Please send us a support ticket for this one here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html
  12. Are you guys able to paste a screenshot showing the issues? You can also send us a support ticket here https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html
  13. @ANTHEA1979 Is this the same link? https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html If not, please send your ticket via that one.
  14. @rebel3217 Strange. Is this specific to the file only or no? You can try reinstalling the program and see how that goes.
  15. @Annoying_Child_Who_is_lost you can contact sales@nchsoftware.com for academic discounts or the like. I believe those are still available but do get in touch with them.
  16. Sorry, but that isn't possible. Not automatically at least, you'd need to manually save and import projects each time via FILE/Save Project. It doesn't have a workspace of sort but NCH Software is always interested in improving our existing programs and developing new programs. If you have an idea you'd like to share with us, please submit your suggestion here: https://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/

  20. I think you may want to contact a professional investigator regarding this matter. If it's audio file quality clean-up, you can check this link for WavePad provided that you have the recordings made https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=be8h3WEAbyo Do note that outcome will greatly depend on your file's original quality.

You might want to check this link. If you have the Plus Edition, format should be available.
