  2. Hi, are you adding the fermata on the actual note you intend to? You can only move the fermata left and right once added.
  3. Hi there, could you Google Drive link the original and converted files to me via PM? I'd like to replicate the issue and go from there. And you might need to elaborate on this and include the exact steps you've taken so far

I'd suggest reinstalling before anything else though to eliminate the question program issues/bugs. Tech support is also free here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html

Could you elaborate on the steps you are taking and how it is not kept exactly? Is there a trigger that reverts the changes you've made back by any chance? You might also want to reinstall the program see if the situation improves or send us a support ticket here.
  10. For any object not available in the program by default, you can add import them from 3rd party sources following this. Additional ref. If issues persist, however, please send a support ticket here.
  11. Current versions support USB barcode scanners, receipt printers, and USB credit card readers. Many cash drawers are controlled by the receipt printer. Choose a receipt printer that works with Copper and a cash drawer that is compatible with it and works in this manner. Additional related link: https://www.nchsoftware.com/point-of-sale/kb/1549.html

  14. Hi, for anyone else who might experience similar issues, there have been multiple updates to the program and we recommend installing those. Just an FYI https://www.nch.com.au/components/burnsetup.exe
  15. I am sorry to hear that. The program should not be able (not capable enough) to cause that but probably wiring/hardware related? Hope everything turned out well in the end atleast
  16. There have been no updates to the program since unfortunately but we'd always recommend trying a reinstall first otherwise, get in touch with us here.
  17. Yes, you are right, testing the latest version, you'd need a part selected before the option to select the instrument becomes available. We do recommend sending a support ticket here so we can better assist especially on a Mac version. https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html
  18. Unable to view the image but there had been updates to the program.
  19. @CoachWalker Sorry but the program is designed to compress all files with it's zip file. What you can do is lower the compress level to a minimum so it won't take as much time.

  21. Sorry, but that appears it's possible in the program yet. The only fonts that can be changed are the text/lyric fonts. As previously advised, you can always submit your suggestion here: https://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html
  22. @henrytidza The only difference is automation via AI pretty much where whereas the standard Sharpen tool provides manual control of your editing. You could use either method depending on the image.

    Captions?

Sorry but right now, the only way to create a caption for a photo is via the Text button in the Tools tab on the toolbar. By default, the new text box will appear in the center of the image. To move the text, drag the text box by its edges the desired location. To change the size of the text area, drag the sizing handles (arrows) around the text box. You can also rotate the text using the rotate handle. It would be a good suggestion though which you can submit via this link.
  24. Appreciate the information. Do keep us posted here should any other issues arise.
