Hi, could you try doing a complete reinstall and see if there's any changes? Uninstall the program first then reboot your machine and once booted, use this installer for the latest version: https://www.nchsoftware.com/videopad/vppsetup.exe

Hi, best to send a support ticket for that through this link here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html

You could check this link for that although not as detailed unless there are major changes https://www.nch.com.au/notation/versions.html

Hi, you could create a portable project file and still save all materials in a single folder for backup purposes and then import said portable file on the 2nd machine. You may click on MENU/File> Save Portable Project file. Ref: http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/videopad/win/finalise_backupproject.html

Thanks for confirming that as reference for other users. Cheers

There's no automatic way but you can actually copy the text itself from one layer to another by right clicking the rectangular text panel. There's an option to 'copy' that and CTRL V it on other photos. It may lessen the work load if you'd only need to change the actual text while all fonts/size remain the same.

Have you had any news on this issue or it still existed? Best to send a support ticket for that if possible which you can do here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html

Hopefully this gets fixed in future releases if possible. Sent that here anyway https://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/

Hi, Do you mean that you get waveforms during recording (or even sound) but no sound during export? If that is not the case, try reinstalling the program altogether, configure the devices under options as needed and see if the there's any changes: https://www.nch.com.au/mixpad/index.html
-
To do this, you'd want to go to Options> General, click the actual arrows up and down to modify size as previewed then click OK when done.

Would you mind sharing how you've fixed it for the reference of other users? TIA. -
addressed F11 stills from a video. How to identify.
MakubX replied to ElderlyGent's topic in VideoPad
Hello, one work around is to right click anywhere on the folder and sort by date, last (or first) is the snapshot you took. Another option is to go to VideoPad Options> Disk> Save Snapshots to.. Browse for the folder you need as the default save location. -
This video tutorial could help you get started with the program: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2qQ4M9iYgAw

Best to submit a support ticket for walkthroughs on your project there. You may include screenshots showing where you are stuck at or the file itself https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html

Hi, Best to contact support team for these and you may do so here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html

You may only change the printed date format under Options> Printed Date Format.

Are you trying to record your screen with your camera overlayed? To apply the overlay on top of the current video, click on Tools -> Camera Overlay, a side panel will be displayed on the right of the preview. Set the preferences as needed then try recording again. Reference to that is here.

You may contact support directly here with your credentials (email address and license number) https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html Do note that Catalina and the newer Macs only runs 64 bit apps as per their system requirements so old versions such as the one from 2015 no longer works. It has to be upgraded.

You may want to send a support ticket here to better resolve this: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html Also, note that the invoice and license information are automatically sent to your registered email address or your PayPal email address for PayPal purchases. You may want to check your Spam and Junk folders for that.
