  1. yes, When you open the program you can select the folder from where you would like to modify the information, then you just need to change the information. 

  2. Let's try doing a clean install and delete all the cache of the program. Uninstall your software first, then go to the folder location below on your computer then delete the Golden Records folders:

    C:\ProgramData\NCH Software
    C:\Users\(Your computer profile)\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Golden Records

    If you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders with the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files.

    After deleting the Golden Records folder, restart your computer then install it again from the next link: https://www.nch.com.au/golden/index.html

    That should do it. Please try it again after that and see if that fixes the issue.

  3.  on Express Accounts you can go to Report/ Other Reports and then select the Trial Balance that shows all the Accounts on the selected Time period. This trial Balance report will show all your Debits and Credits for all the accounts. Try that out and let us know if that is what you are looking for.

  5. When you select the format like .wmv or MP4, you have the ¨File Options¨where you can manage the Encoding or the Output Options. This second option would provide you the option to set the size or keep the original. Try to set the size using this time the Resize Video.

    In this case, you need to select the section that you would like to remove, could be using the Magic Wand or the selection tools, then you can replace the select section filling it with a solid color or add another image as background. The program doesn´t have a tool, like  select/remove, to remove the background you need to select the section and manage it

  7. In this case are you doing the recording from the Vinyl Option or the Cassete, what would be the recording Speed. The Sound Input Channel would be the Default. Check that you are running the latest drivers, also could be possible that the device is not compatible with  the program, what is the brand an model of the interface that you are using?

The video tutorials are made on an specific version, usually is using an old version, but still you would get the base of the tools and features.   Make sure that yo dont have thenable the Camera Overlay, then  try doing a clean install and delete all the cache of the program. The option that you would have to get a transparent wall, would be selecting the ¨Change wall view¨ option to locate in the right-hand menu, this would put the wall lower, so you can show the interior. Now about the other option, unfortunately, the program doesn´t have a feature that allows you to move through the house modeling, like a short video camera animation. 

  11. In this case, would depend if you are using a local network or the internet, are you connecting using the same network or are you trying to connect from a different location? Make sure that your information matches on both computers, check the Advanced routing options. Just let you know, the main computer needs to be on all the time.

  13. Trying to do the recording from the screen or using the webcam do you get the same result? what would be the setting of this device that you are using, also you can check if this webcam has the latest version of drivers, and try to run it again. 

  14. Is this situation when you load a file or doing the recording,   try doing a clean install and delete all the cache of the program. Uninstall your software first, then go to the folder location below on your computer then delete the Express Scribe folders:

    C:\ProgramData\NCH Software
    C:\Users\(Your computer profile)\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Express Scribe

    After deleting the Express Scribe folder, restart your computer then install. Set the Foot pedal and try again to do the dictation.

    The SoundTap would record all that you have on your Audio Stream, there is no direct option to set up. Now with the RecordPad program, you have the option to set the time for each recording and set a schedule, this recording would be without interruptions too.
