Would be better if you can send this information and share some screenshots with the Technical Support Team, It seems that you´re able to do the recording, if you try to do another type of recording, not the guitar one, do you get a similar result?

The ¨Add Content¨feature is an option that you have to Import your 3D models. So, if you have any 3D model or OBJ file that you would like to add into the items you can import it using this option.

No, in this case what you can do is increase the size for the staff. From the tool bar, select Score tab, click on Settings, a dialog will pops up where you can change Staff Size.

Everything on the staff, including notes, clefs and signatures will become larger as staff size increased.

En este caso, el programa va mostrar en las ventanas solo una pista tanto para Audio como para Video. Lo que debes de hacer es agregar el video o la imagen que vayas a utilizar en la parte superior de la pista de Video 1, el programa automáticamente agrega otra pista como P.video 2, y así con cada video o imagen que agregues. vas a notar que si agregas un video con audio en las pistas de Audio también se agregara una pista nueva.

That should do it. Please try it again after that and see if that fixes the issue.

In this case, check the Video Options once that you pick the format, the problem could be the time frame set that is causing the high speed on your recordings.

What you can try to do is use the tool to raise and level the ground but you cannot enter elevation value. As an alternative you can put some reference posts at the height that the terrain needs then raise and level it To put the poles, you can enter a new store, define the height of that store and put the poles, then use the tool to raise the ground, more or less to the height you need, and then level.

If you are trying to open a zip file, could be possible that the zip as a Password,  The program would ask you a password if you set it fro a Zip folder on specific.

In this case, if you try to split the mp3 not using many sections, do you get the same result? could be possible that having too many bookmarks that is the reason, try to split another file and check if you are getting the same results

Copy/paste can be done at the bar level, which means you can copy whole bars (including their notes), but not individual notes. To copy a bar, first select it by clicking within its staff. You should see it change color. You can select more than one by holding down the shift key as you click. Cut or copy with Ctrl+X or Ctrl-C, then select a different bar to paste into. The program is going to convert the PDF file into an editable Word document. In this case, if you have an image from the PDF at the moment that you convert it is going to be an image. make sure that you are using PDF with text information. To change the Wall length just select the option Fixed Draw¨ and change the value. Now the options that you would found for measurement Unit, you would get it from the Options.

The option for the Loop is not available for the preview option when you are creating your Project. Now if you mean to get the loop after you export the project, there is no option during the export process to do this, but what you can do is try playing the video using a media player like VLC that has the loop option when is playing videos.
