  1. Hello, the program does not offer the option to create each level independently. When you create the building you have on the left hand pane the option to select which story to view, starting by Ground Level, 1st Story, 2nd Story, 3rd Story, Basement and Foundation. Simply click on the story you would like to see or work on so you can see it. If you have each story on different parts of the project grid then you won't be able to merge them together.

  2. If you save the files to your machine and then transfer to your pendrive, do you get the same issue. Let's try doing a clean install and delete all the cache of the program. Uninstall your software first, then go to the folder location below on your computer then delete the Soundtap folders:

    C:\ProgramData\NCH Software
    C:\Users\(Your computer profile)\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Soundtap

    If you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders with the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files.

    After deleting the Soundtap folder, restart your computer then install it again from the next link: https://www.nch.com.au/soundtap/index.html

     

  3. Let's try doing a clean install and delete all the cache of the program. Uninstall your software first, then go to the folder location below on your computer then delete the Wavepad folders:

    C:\ProgramData\NCH Software
    C:\Users\(Your computer profile)\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Wavepad

    After deleting the Wavepad folder, restart your computer then install it again from the next link http://www.oldversiondownload.com/oldversions/wavepad-5-97-2014-07-29.exe

    That should do it. Please try it again after that and see if that fixes the issue.

  4. In this case MoneyLine allows you to schedule recurring transactions, such as a paycheck or mortgage. To create a new scheduled transaction, either right - click on a transaction from the transactions list in the main window and select Make a Scheduled Transaction.     Device prefix: This will be prepended to Invoices, Quotes, Orders, and Receipts. It will be automatically set up for devices after the first device has been synced.

In this case if you have a dynamic IP address (one that changes each time the internet reconnects), you will need to go to What is my IP each time you reconnect your internet as the public IP will change each time. You can ask your Internet Service Provider for a static IP if you like, which will not change each time you re-connect the internet. Also check this information with your internet provider, make sure that all the ports are open.

    Intentemos hacer una instalación limpia y eliminemos todo el caché del programa. Primero desinstale su software, luego vaya a la ubicación de la carpeta a continuación en su computadora y luego elimine las carpetas Golden:

    In this case what you can do is generate the backup data folder, then clear all the information of the Accounts program. The backup data would contain all the information that you have added. then you can delete all the cache of the program. Uninstall your software first, then go to the folder location below on your computer then delete the ExpressZAccounts folders:

    C:\Users\(Your computer profile)\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\ExpressZAccounts

    After deleting the ExpressZAccounts folder, restart your computer then install it again. That should do it. Please try it again after that and see if that fixes the issue.

  12. That would be applied as an effect, in that case, each member need to apply it. you can transfer the project, but if you transfer the file as an audio file the effect would be applied and cannot be changed.

  14. Please try the following steps:

    1. Open your email settings in Express Invoice by clicking the Options button on the toolbar
    2. Select Other from the list on the left
    3. Click the Email Settings... button
    4. Select the radio button for Use SMTP to send email directly to the mail server
    5. Enter the server address in the SMTP mail host text box (this varies depending on your email client)

    Since you are using the Outlook, what would be the email domain that you are using: 

    -Gmail: smtp.gmail.com
    -Yahoo: smtp.mail.yahoo.com or smtp.mail.yahoo.co.uk (if email address ends in yahoo.co.uk)
    -Hotmail/MSN/Outlook.com: smtp.live.com
    -AOL: smtp.aol.com
    -Comcast: smtp.comcast.net
    -Other: Contact your mail provider for your SMTP server address

    6. Check the box labeled Server requires authentication
    7. Enter your User Name, (e.g., youraddress@gmail.com), and your Password in the appropriate text boxes
    8. Check the box labeled Use secure connection (SSL/TLS) if available
    9. Enter your email address into the Default reply email textbox
    10. Click OK to save your changes.

    If you are using a Gmail account, you will need to do additional work:

    -Log into your Gmail account, and go to this page.
    -Make sure the option "Allow less secure apps" is set to ON.
    -Confirm all settings within Express Invoice, and then test emailing an invoice.
