  1. Usually the mic of the Cell Phone is omnidireccional so would keep the Sound for the entire area. In this case if you would like to aislate the sound, would be better to purchase a external mic, that you can add into your cell phone and do the recording avoiding this external sounds. 

  2. Try doing a clean install and delete all the cache of the program. Uninstall your software first, then go to the folder location below on your computer then delete the Scribe folders:

    C:\ProgramData\NCH Software
    C:\Users\(Your computer profile)\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Scribe

    If you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders with the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files.

    After deleting the Scribe folder, restart your computer then install it again. Then start again the setup for the Foot Pedal selecting Options/Control/Control setup wizard, then follow the instructions that you get there. 

  3. You would have the option to do a general recording, then you would need to look for a second program just to split the recording in all the parts that you need. This option of split is no available on RecordPad.

    Make sure that you are using and AudioStream, also check the Sound setup on your Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Sound\Recording Tab, make sure that the device has the correct drivers and is been recognized on your machine.

In this case the program would allow you to do the recording even if you need to do a long recording, check the information on Options/Recordings Tab and verify that you don't have any stop on silence, usually the free version would provide you all the features and tools, but wit a limited use of then.

  6. In this case, make sure that you have select the specific business, selecting Options this is going to display the business name, so you can check that you have just 1 name. If you still get a problem, generate a backup data folder and reinstall the program.. To do the backup data folder select  Tools /Backup data folder/ generate a folder that would contains all the information of invoices and business. 

    Then reinstall the program https://www.nchsoftware.com/invoice/eisetup.exe

  7. If you are using images directly from a site with Watermarks, there is no option, you can try to the effects, now if you are getting a NCH watermark, is because you are using the free version. You would need to purchase a license in that case.

In this case Debut has several features that could help you , The paid version you can have the section that you would like to record, also if you are doing the recording from a webcam you can select the resolution. If you select do the recording from a device make sure selecting the Input if you are doing the screen recording  this is going to take the resolution of your Monitor.  You can download the free version here: https://www.nchsoftware.com/software/free-downloads.html

    Unfortunately, there is no other option than purchase the license or get a subscription plan and there is no code that they can provide you.

    If you are using the trial version this is going to allow you just a few features and tools of the program if you have now that message you need a license.

    The only thing that you need to do is select the Text Layer on the right side, and the text is going to be highlighted, so click on that section, and the option to modify would appear then you just need to enter the text that you would like to change. 

  11. In this case Select Accounts/View Accounts this is going to display a window showing all the accounts, select the account that you need. This is going to provide you to pick the option Edit. Then select this option, modify the information and then select OK.

  13. In this case you would need to check and add a new Engine in your computer, check the Microsoft Engine, and then add a new profile, in this case you can check the information here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ie/download/details.aspx?id=13255

    Once that you add more engine on your machine, the program would recognize then, but until you done that, the program would be show you just the options that you mentioned, 

  14. Try to download again the program https://www.nchsoftware.com/capture/debutpsetup.exe

    You need to make sure that you don't have a short time settled for the recording,  also from the device or site that you are recording (You check that on Options/ Record/Limits). Now about the recording, the program would do the recording all the time that the machine is on,  the program is not going to work with sensor cameras, so you need to make sure that you have the computer and the time set for the recording. If you are trying to do the recording from a device, make sure that you have all the drivers, and is been recognized by the program.
