  1. The issue is with all the Transitions, what you can try to do is replace these transitions, remove them and add them again, verify if after the export process you keep getting the same, also check what would be the format and the encoder that you are selecting.

Check all this and try to export again.

  2. Try doing a clean install and delete all the cache of the program. Uninstall your software first, then go to the folder location below on your computer then delete the Classic FTP  folder folders:

    C:\ProgramData\NCH Software
    C:\Users\(Your computer profile)\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Classic FTP

If you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders with the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files.

After deleting the Classic FTP folder, restart your computer then install it again from the next link:

    http://www.oldversiondownload.com/oldversions/classicftp-4-00-2019-03-08.exe

  3. The road noise is only on the MP3 format, if you try to convert to another format do you get the same issue? Now for the Output format select MP3, then Select the MP3 Options.. then select the Volume Tab here do you apply any Amplify option? Check that you don't have any of this active, also try to convert also to another format, so you can check if the issue is direct with the format or there is a glitch.

  4. Try to open first the program and then select the Stream, in this case as you mentioned you can select Youtube, Twitch, stream Channels. Also try to set your sound card or "Stereo Mix" option as your Windows default recording device before trying again. Go to Control Panel > Sound > Recording menu > select your sound card or Stereo Mix and set as default. If these options are not listed, right-click on the blank area, select "Show disabled devices", look for the option, select, click "Set default", click OK.

That should do it. Please try it again after that and see if that fixes the issue.

  5. On Debut,  go to 'Options' then under the 'Audio' tab please check the box for 'Speakers' then click OK to save the changes.

If that would not resolve the issue, then please set your sound card or "Stereo Mix" option as your Windows default recording device before trying again. Go to Control Panel > Sound > Recording menu > select your sound card or Stereo Mix and set as default. If these options are not listed, right-click on the blank area, select "Show disabled devices", look for the option, select, click "Set default", click OK.

When ready, go to Debut options > Audio > checkmark Microphone and/or Speakers boxes and click OK to retest.

  6.  Debut program doesn't include drivers for another device, in this case, you need to do the search for the driver of your VHS device, and check that you are running the latest version, also check the Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers select your device and set as default. If these options are not listed, right-click on the blank area, select "Show disabled devices", look for the option, select, click "Set default", click OK.

  7. There is no option from the program to create a report of BOM and get this print or even an option to print this out. The option that you have is to select the Report by category or location and print the items, the BOM would be on this items list.

  8. When you're done with the recording or you load the file and you need to save it with those settings, select Save/ Save File As/ then Select the Mp3/ Select Save. After this, you would get the MP3 Encoder Window where you can set all those settings even with the preview option.

  9. The program doesn't have the option, to manage the volume for the recording, in this case, you would be noticed that if you select the recordings Tab, then select your recording and select the Edit, this would open the WavePad program, that is the NCH  Software to edit audio files.

If this is during the recording progress there is no option,  select the Options/Recording then select your recording device and manage the volume manually but this would be just for your recording device.

  10. You need to use free selection, and make the section for the area, then use Brightness, you need to deselect the previous section before start selecting another one. You also have the option to add more sections by pressing the Shift key and the free selection.
Check the right side of the program this would display all the layers and effects that you apply to the original image, so check each section or the areas that you need to modify.

  11. The program itself doesn't have the option or feature to remove, delete or take the file that you are loading from the original source. Now, if you save it and overwrite it, well the original would disappear, and you would have just the edited one, that would be the only case for the original file to disappear, but be deleted by the program, no.

Check your computer, if this was using an external drive or a USB. do the search using the original file name.

  12. Well, any suggestion is taking into consideration, and that could be a great improvement in the program. Could be not now but for the future upgrades of Crescendo, so as we mentiones, NCH Software formally takes suggestions or feedback about our products through the form at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/
