  2. Latest version will always put a 1 by default (even though you put a 0 or leave it empty ). Let us know if you need to revert back to old version.

  5. There is no way to export the whole data to CSV, you can only export your customer list. Go to "Customer list" highlight all your customers, click on "Customers" located on the top left and then "Export to CSV (for mail merge)".
  6. You'll need to edit the slide or picture before you create the project with Photostage. There is no way to edit that specific picture if you already create the complete project with Photostage.

  8. There is no way to add an extra column in Express Invoice, however, you can change the text heading. Have in mind also that the first column for "hours" will be multiply for the column "Unit Price".
  9. Unfortunately the program does not have any option to change the aspect ratio to fit your images. What could be happening is that your images are in 4:3 aspect ratio while the program will export using widescreen 19:6 so in order to fit the 4:3 images to the 16:9 ratio it adds those black bars. ,

  11. The program has a report called "Sales Transaction Report" in which you can view all transactions within the selected reporting period, including salesperson and amount. The program does not offered a feature for credits.
  12. Have in mind that when you are recording from MIDI devices, the MixPad interface will only update when it receives MIDI messages. This means that you will only see the audio clip start to record once you start pressing keys on your keyboard.   17. At the moment, as you can confirm at https://support.apple.com/en-us/ht208436 that 32-bit applications will currently work in your MacOS, please continue to do so. There's no full transition date set by Apple yet, but NCH Software should have a 64-bit solution before the transition due date.

Please note that this button will only be enabled when there is a valid reconciliation to rollback to and you will only be able to go back at most one reconciliation.   23. Can you try to change the video output format? Change it to Mp4, Avi or Wmv etc... You can also try to change the aspects, you can also experiment with different encodings.

    Go to "Reports", "Inventory" and click on "Report" located on top left corner, finally click on "Save as CSV".
